The room I stayed in was really fully equipped with all the necessary amenities making our stay both pleasant and comfortable.
They even thought of the little details like hairbands, which they lay out in the lobby for your convenience.
The location was perfect - near the train/bus station.

Cons:

This is not a dislike, but a mere suggestion .... I suggest they separate the hairband from the cotton swab (to remove makeup) as I feel guilty for not wasting the cotton swab, since I only need the hairband.

立地、宿泊料金、設備、三拍子そろった素晴らしいホテルです。
Pros:

函館と言えば朝一、立地的に良かったです。
ホテル全体が清潔感があり、キレイでした。
温泉があることも、ラウンジがあることも評価ポイントが高いです。
利用しませんでしたが、部屋に洗濯機や調理スペースがあるのも長期滞在には向いていると思いました。
平均相場より安く泊まれたこともポイントが高いです。
当時のレートで、一般的なビジネスホテル（割と清潔な方）と比べても、3割ほど安く泊まれました（たまたまかは不明）
価格的に安かったので、現地に行くまではそれほど期待していませんでしたが、函館には年に数回行きますので、今後はここがメインになりました。

Cons:

個人的にホテルに対して不満はありませんでした。
しいていえば、駐車場料金を別清算になってしまうことと、ちょっと出かけたいときに、その都度フロントに申請しないといけないところぐらいです。
これは、ホテル業界とルールそのものに対しておもうことですが、WEB予約をしているのでこちら側の個人情報はすでに入力済みです。
その都度、チェックインの時に情報が変わらないのに、名前、住所、電話番号など記載しないといけないということが、いつもわずらわしさを感じております。
（会員制のところはそれが無いのでそういうふうにしてほしいと思っていました）
