Demanding full refund.

Cons:

We booked this property in Interlaken through Booking.com and chose to pay in advance.

On the afternoon of our arrival — before check-in — we called the property to ask about check-in instructions and to inform them that we might arrive after 10:00 p.m., which was the official check-in cutoff time. The staff member assured us that we had nothing to worry about because it was a “self check-in.”

However, when we arrived late that evening in a small town, there was absolutely no one there. No staff, no instructions, no key box, nothing. The emergency contact number provided did not work, and no one answered our calls. We were left outside in freezing temperatures (around 0°C) until nearly 12:00–12:30 a.m., trying to figure out how to access the room.

We only had a room number — but how were we supposed to enter the room without any access instructions?

Thankfully, some kind local residents who happened to be walking by helped us find alternative accommodation for the night. Otherwise, we would have been completely stranded.

This was a very unfortunate and stressful experience caused by incorrect and misleading information from the property. We did everything we could to prevent this situation by calling ahead, and we were explicitly told not to worry. Arriving in a foreign country at night and being left outside in freezing weather with no way to contact the property is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience.

Cons:

Le point noir reste l'insonorisation. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles. D’ailleurs des bouchons d’oreilles sont disponibles dans les chambres

Excelente
Pros:

El desayuno espectacular.. muy variado, la habitación con sabanas y toallas impecables y la ubicacion muy buena...la atención del personal muy amable

Cons:

Un poco estrecha la entrada y se escuchan los ruidos de las otras habitaciones...pero es lo menor a todo lo espectacular que fue la atención y la limpieza de la habitación

Instalaciones limpias, personal amable y el lugar es tranquilo y cerca de todo.

Cons:

Decía que tenían desayuno incluido pero solo nos dieron 2 panes con jugo, Leche envasados y café, por que estaban en remodelacion si hubieran avisado ese detalle no compraba con desayuno incluido.

Beautiful hotel, great location, helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Wonderful views. Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Francesco at desk service is amazing. He was very helpful in helping find our lost luggage (which we eventually did).

Cons:

The weather was very hot, which made the rooms hot. The upstairs loft needed more fans to move the air.

Nicht so toll wie erwartet.
Pros:

Die Zimmerausstattung war gut und es war sehr sauber. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig, sodass ich auch mit Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen konnte. Leider gab es einige Leute, welche im Gang und den Zimmern mitten in der Nacht noch lautstark geschwatzt haben / Türen geknallt haben. Ich war geschäftlich da und jeweils todmüde am Morgen.
Parkplätze sollten gem. Booking gratis sein, kosteten jedoch.
