The staff was very helpful with sightseeing questions.
Pros:

The breakfast had quite a variety of foods. The room was very basic. The door handle broke. When we asked for help, we were transferred to an upgraded room by the staff. It was a nicer room, but very small and dark.

Cons:

Other guests were smoking on the patio around the garden. The fumes wafted into the room. The rooms on the upper floors are very stark. The bathrooms are very small.
