We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub. The location was great to access the underground shopping. The cleaning staff were excellent. The staff at the front desk were great!

Cons:

The restaurant food was not good 😐. The staff working in the restaurant were great but the food was not good and not worth the money paid. Since there are limited food options nearby the restaurant should up its game.

Loved the pool, nice staff but lots of teenagers
Pros:

Lovely pool but a bit hazardous in the winter with wet stair access from change rooms. Difficult for mobility challenged as no room to sit inside

Sports team shenanigans and noise

Apart from above it was a lovely hotel , with great staff,
Pros:

Good location to access things . Love the roof top . Spacious and relaxing . Heated rooftop pool was lovely.

Cons:

The breakfast was way too expensive at $33 before tax and tip and $16 before tax & kids . A shame because we wanted breakfast where we stay .

Easy
Pros:

The rooms were clean, bathrooms had everything you would need, staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Cons:

We wished there was a curtain to block the sunlight in the morning, the pull-down blind still let a lot of light in from surrounding buildings and especially the sun

Friendly, very accommodating staff and phenomenal hotel overall. The pool & hot tub felt very much like a spa.

Cons:

The hot tub was very crowded given the cold temperatures. It would've been great if the second hot tub was open.

Meilleur hôtel à Montréal.
Pros:

L'emplacement, tout est facile d'accès, que ce soit le métro ou la ville souterraine. De belles activités pour la famille dans le même bâtiment. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est excellent. La piscine chauffée à l'année est impressionnant l'hiver.

Cons:

Le dépôt de garantie un peu élevé.

Un très bon séjour d’une nuit à l'Hôtel Bonaventure Montréal, surtout grâce à la piscine extérieure.
Pros:

-Belle surprise à l’arrivée : j’avais réservé un lit queen et j’ai finalement eu un lit king.

-Chambre très propre avec une grande fenêtre et une belle vue sur le centre-ville.

-Vraie cafetière Keurig avec du vrai café (et non une Nespresso).

-Douche pluie agréable.

-Éclairage LED au plafond autour du lit qui donne un côté moderne à la chambre.

-Petit jardin intérieur avec des oies et des canards, un détail original et relaxant.

-Piscine extérieure chauffée en hiver au cœur du centre-ville : une expérience assez unique. Voir des gens circuler en peignoir dans le lobby pour aller se baigner avec un grand sourire ajoute à l’ambiance.

-Articles de bain en format individuel que l’on peut emporter.

-Propreté générale impeccable.

Cons:

-Attente d’environ 10 minutes avant d’être placé au bistro en fin d’après-midi alors qu’il y avait peu de clients (seulement deux serveurs visibles et peu de sourires).

-Les connexions HDMI/USB externes de la télévision ne semblaient pas branchées, ce qui complique le branchement d’un ordinateur en double écran. J’ai dû déplacer la télévision pour me connecter directement.

-Eau de la douche chaude, mais impossible de la régler plus chaude (température plutôt tiède-chaude).
