Quality rooms, chic atmosphere but not accessible for many (long corridors and stairs).
Pros:

Attractive room design and comfort. Nice roof garden spaces (pool and garden structure under the snow)

Cons:

Long corridors and many stairs up and down to get to rooms. Anyone with mobility challenges beware! Cement architecture carries loud noise from the corridor into rooms.
