Excellent location in Kabukicho. Clean but very compact room. Ideal for solo short stays.
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Kabukicho, making it incredibly convenient to walk to Shinjuku Station, restaurants, and shops. Everything you need is within easy reach.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was impeccably clean. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise - quite spacious with both a shower and bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Tokyo.

The hotel also has a basement floor with vending machines and coin laundry facilities, which is convenient for longer stays.

Cons:

The room was quite compact and minimalist - perhaps too much so. There's only one accessible side of the bed (fine for solo travelers, but couples might find it awkward), no proper closet (just a hanging pole), and very limited surface space for belongings. The "table" is actually a low wall-mounted shelf with small cube seats, and the only other flat surface is a tiny shelf above the mini fridge that's partially occupied by the phone.

The room heater was problematic - even set to 19°C, it ran far too hot. I woke up multiple times having kicked off all covers, which disrupted my sleep.

Great location close to train stations, the location does border on the red light district but it was totally ok.
Pros:

Very clean, good location close to train station. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Laundry facility was great & breakfast was great.

Cons:

The very short lane to the hotel seems a bit dodgey at night & early morning but the hotel borders on the red light district, we had no problems but if travelling with young family it might be a bit off putting.

לא מנקים חדרים במהלך השהייה אלה רק מסדרים.
לצערי הכניסו אותי לשהיה בחדר מלוכלך בהגעתי, לאחר שיח קצר עם הקבלה שונה החדר ונוקה לפי בקשתי
הצוות התנצל ולקח אחריות
המלון יקר ובהתאם הציפיות שלי לניקיון וקבלת אורחים הייתי רוצה חוויה טובה יותר.
לא אחזור.
