スタッフの方の対応が親切でした
宿泊者の騒音もほぼありませんでした
ユニットバスではなく、トイレのドアを開けそのおくにバスルームに続くドアがもう1枚ある作りでした

Cons:

冷蔵庫とソファの間にゴミと汚れの見落としがありましたが不衛生なゴミではなかったのでよかったです

Comfortable stay in good location
Pros:

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is modern and very clean, and great amenities. The bed was comfy and the room had USB power to easily charge devices. The shower was excellent.

Cons:

The room was very small & had a mattress on the floor. We didnt spend much time in our room other than sleeping so it was ok. Just wish there was somewhere to put our suitcases.

Fantastic stay in Central Shinjuku
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Very central spot in Shinjuku. Walking distance to everything. Rooms are large with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
