Pros:

Great location and room good value for money.

Cons:

Restaurant was dirty and poor service. Ordered the homemade makani for £22 with the bhaji’s and nann bread. Was extremely spicy and nothing like what it should be. Complained and asked to replace this with a double burger and told I couldn’t as this was a £20 meal so decided not to eat. Staff standing round on their mobile phones throughout service. Breakfast limited choice and boys were stinking ( I have some photos happy to pass on)

Great hotel with great facilities.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night on our way travelling down the country. The rooms were modern and the tea and coffee facilities were brilliant. Good blackout blinds, clean and tidy. We especially enjoyed the chance to have a quick swim and sauna after a few hours in the car.

There are some negatives about the hotel but the positives would mean we wouldn’t rule out another stay. The receptionis

The standard of the hotel was surprisingly good! The style and decor was lovely. We really liked the layout and standard of the interior.

Cons:

Unfortunately some of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant lets the hotel down. We had our evening meal at the hotel and when we asked if we can order drinks at the table or if we should order at the bar, we were told the bar as they were short staffed and she didn’t want to be running back and forth.
The bill then came with a discretionary service charge added.
The standards of the food was poor and lukewarm

At breakfast cutlery was dirty and the water container had particles in it.

Great hotel will recommend
Pros:

The hotel was fab my daughter loved the pool, food was great, rooms clean and comfy, staff friendly, good location, bookex us an ectra room so my son didnt have to share a bed with his sister

We had noisy neighbours which was the only negative thing
