Fantastic on the outside, a few niggles of improvement
Pros:

Very Modern with a fantastic newish interior. From walking straight in the roaring fire was a beautiful addition. The complementary use of the spa, pool and gym was fantastic as well. It was very clean, and the bedrooms were modern.

Cons:

The bedding was polyester, so didn't feel nice sleeping in and interrupted our sleep multiple times due to how hot it gets with plastic fibres. The food in the restaurant was overly priced for what it was, £18.95 for fish and chips was extortionate especially for the quality. It would have been great if the bar area served cocktails, or even other soft refreshments other than fizzy drinks. The bed we slept in was bowing in the middle. It would have been nice to also get water in the room instead of having to fill the kettle up in the sink, it was a little unhygienic. It would have made a nice touch. The remote didn't work initially, but the staff quickly switched the batteries for us, then two of our lights didn't work in the bedroom.

Cozy and friendly
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the heating worked perfectly, despite some previous reviews mentioning issues. There were plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks, which was a really nice touch. The pool water was around 30°C, and very enjoyable. Even though the wellness area is small, it includes both a sauna and a steam room, which we appreciated. The receptionist staffs were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The access road definitely needs to be repaired as soon as possible. I know many guests have already mentioned this, so hopefully it will be addressed soon. The pool area showers — and even the pool itself — could use some improvement, as several small tiles are loose or missing.

Good cost effective stay for visiting cadburys
Pros:

Clean rooms great lobby area. Breakfast was good. Meats were kept away from vegetarian options which was a positive for us. Rooms had good facilities. We got the sofa turned into a bed which kids loved. The rooms had heaters in them.

Cons:

Only down side was the leisure facilities. They were disgusting. Moldy and dirty and smelled of urine. Only one member of staff so no one cleaning the changing rooms or pool area. Very small pool so if too full you will be turned away.

I have written my comments
Pros:

I like the shower- it was good pressure of water. Staff was friendly and prompt. -staff were very helpful, when I called to say room isn’t warming up. They brought in remote heater.

Cons:

I am writing to raise several concerns regarding the condition and comfort of the room during my recent stay at your hotel.

Firstly, the towels provided in the room were not clean and had visible marks on them. I took a photograph at the time, which I can provide if needed.

Secondly, although I booked a standard double room, I found it to be noticeably smaller than comparable hotel rooms I have stayed in previously. The bed was also quite small and significantly softer than expected, which made it uncomfortable for me.

Additionally, the wooden floorboards were extremely squeaky. When one person got up during the night to use the bathroom, the noise was loud enough to wake the other person. This negatively affected the quality of our sleep.

Finally, the bathroom ventilation system was excessively noisy, to the point that it sounded like industrial machinery, which was both unpleasant and disruptive.

I wanted to bring these matters to your attention, as they significantly impacted my overall experience. I would appreciate your feedback on this and would welcome a gesture of goodwill in recognition of the inconvenience caused.

Perfect for what we needed. This is our second stay here as we have family in Bromsgrove.
Pros:

Bed comfy, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

We were told the air-conditioning wasn't working and had fans and heaters if needed, which was great, but there was a noise that still continues when I turned off the air-conditioning.

Parking was fine, could do with sorting the pot holes
