Hôtel agréable pour séjour ou simple passage à Cancun
Pros:

Hôtel conforme aux descriptions du site.
Le personnel est agréable et accueillant.
Très bien situé, proche des commerces, des restaurants et des urgences.
Quelques places de parking sont disponibles à l'entrée de l'hôtel sur demande.

Cons:

Cela n'a pas été un problème mais nous nous somme rendu compte à la fin du séjour que la porte de notre chambre ne fermait pas à clef. Nous n'étions pas inquiet mais il serait peut être judicieux de faire réparer la serrure pour d'autres clients.

Pros:

Lo único bueno del hotel fue el aire acondicionado y la cama más o menos cómoda la ubicación más o menos el baño horrible

Cons:

Las puertas estaban rotas por debajo del baño. Cuando tú te bañas, cesaría toda el agua. El baño huele horrible. No hay Wi-Fi en el cuarto. Si necesitas comunicarte con la Recepcion tienes que bajar 2:03 pisos caminando si hay alguna emergencia te mueres de verdad, que es un hotel que tienen que meterle mucho dinero y cambiarlo.

Had reservation, no room upon arrival.
Pros:

Location was central, close to restaurants and services.

Cons:

We made a reservation through booking.com, and when we arrived, they did not have a room for us. No explanation was offered. We waited for 30mins before being taken to a "sister" hotel around the corner where we were charged more money for a very poor accommodation.
No one at either location wanted to provide customer assistance in any way.
