Pros:

The room was clean, spacious and bigger than standard rooms and we could easily place all our luggage. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with great variety of fresh food. The hotel is close to JR train station, at 5 minutes walking to shops, to the subway with shops and restaurants (useful to walk there when it's cold) and about 10 minutes walk to Odori park.

Overall great hotel, spacious room, great window view and location.
Pros:

I enjoyed the room space and the hotel facilities. The window view, with a bench in front of it was very well thought. It's a place to sit and relax and also to serve as a place for things and clothes. Comfortable beds, good location too. Overall its a great hotel.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't enjoy much was the room temperature, I struggled to make the room fell in a good temperature. I went during winter, and the room was too warm for me.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, всего в 10 минутах от центрального вокзала Саппоро, рядом основные достопримечательности центра города, много торговых центров и улиц для шопинга.

Номера большие, уютные и теплые (что важно в зимнее время). Очень приятный персонал, вежливые и всегда рады помочь.

В отеле есть свой зал и большой бассейн, но стоит учесть, что с татуировками туда не пускают.

Также есть несколько красиво оформленных баров и несколько приятных ресторанов.

Cons:

Мне показалось, что завтраки не рассчитаны на европейцев и выбор был достаточно небольшой.

酒店的服务非常的好，入住的时候工作人员非常热情，位置也很好离札幌站很近
