Cosy & clean rooms with friendly staff
Pros:

Cosy & clean rooms. Staff was attentive & friendly. Centrally located.

Cons:

No elevator to higher floors. Internet coverage was a bit patchy & slow at times.

Will choose it again next time I come to Siem Reap.
Pros:

Staff are nice and helpful. My room is vey spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is located in the beautiful and quiet French quarter with many stores nearby. It’s not far from the busy areas, and I feel safe at night walking from night markets to the hotel. The hotel breakfast is good.

Cons:

No window in the bedroom and the room is a bit dark, especially the kitchen area.

Pros:

Брали двухкомнатный номер на двоих. Шикарно отдохнули в плане пространства. Телевизор был только в одной спальне, вторая осталась без него, но он был еще в гостиной. Все такое старенькое, но довольно уютное. В номере есть абсолютно все. Бассейн хороший, магазины и ресторанчики буквально в радиусе 3-7 минут пешком.

Cons:

Отвратительная шумоизоляция. Жили на первом этаже - слышно всю беготню сверху. Жаловались на ресепшене, но не помогло. С утра орет музыка у бассейна (окна выходили на него) и если кто-то лег на лежак рядом с балконом и начал разговаривать, то слышно каждое слово.

Брали экскурсию на рассвете, на завтрак не попадали, попросили ланч боксы. Заранее предупредили, что аллергия на яйцо. В итоге напихали булок, в состав которых, разумеется, входит яйцо. Вернувшись с экскурсии, мы еще успевали на завтрак, но нас не пустили, сославшись на то, что мы уже взяли его булками. Довольно унизительно было, потому что мы уже прошли в ресторан, взяли себе еду и нас попросили на выход или доплатить. Пришлось уйти.

Very spacious apartment living close to everything
Pros:

Decent size bedrooms, very large hall room, kitchen and all kitchen and washing equipments. Restaurant with a lot of choice. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff

They happily packed our take away breakfast at 5am for our Angkor Wat sunrise tour

Sehr guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich habe mich von der ersten Sekunde in diesem sehr Wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Außenanlage mit und Gartenbereich. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und Abwechslungsreich. Das Restraunt ist sauber und eine sehr gute Karte zu sehr guten Preisen. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und es alles sehr schnell erreichbar. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Zwei Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern könnte ist die sehr harte Matratze und die Fenster schlucken keinen Schall.

Fantastic boutique hotel with excellent amenities
Pros:

The hotel is located in the French Quarter, which is a quiet part of Siem Reap. It is a beautiful building with very spacious bedroom suites. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to detail. There is a nice pool which is very refreshing on a hot day. There are local Tuk Tuks that can take you to Pub Street in a couple of minutes.

Cons:

The range of food at breakfast was slightly less than I would expect of a four-star hotel. However, the food was of excellent quality and freshness.

We could not have asked for a better stay at Chateau d'Angkor La Residence. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, rooms were huge and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and filling, pool was lovely and relaxing. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
