Netter Aufenthalt, gut für 1-2 Nächte.
Pros:

Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen, aber netterweise allen Gästen großzügig offeriert. Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute, ruhige Lage, dennoch vieles (Läden) vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Zimmerpreis dürfte etwas niedriger sein, da das Zimmer doch sehr klein war.

Great find, will definitely return.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Complementary coffee and pastries for breakfast. Everything very clean and tidy. Convenient for the tube. Perfect for a quick break.

Convenient location, lack of comfort
Pros:

The staff in the hotel was really nice and helpful, especially both of the reception staff we interacted with. It is easy to walk to Victoria station from the hotel and also has a lot of restaurants and breakfast spots in the way.

Cons:

The bed in the room was really small which led us to not sleeping very well in the night. The size of the room felt small too as compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant smell and didn't have any body cream either. I feel for the price I paid for the room, the room was below expectations. The hotel provides a free pastry for breakfast in the morning during a set amount of time and that was also all finished with no refills.
