Sin duda, lo más destacable es la ubicación del hotel y el trato que recibimos por parte de todo el personal.
The Melita se encuentra a unos 6-7 minutos a pie de la estación de metro Pimlico y a unos 10-12 minutos andando también de Victoria Station. Además, si te gusta caminar, dando un paseo en media hora estás en la zona de Westminster y el BigBen.
Es un hotel pequeñito pero muy cómodo en el que aunque no dan servicio de desayuno como tal, todas las mañanas ofrecen café, chocolate y algún dulce de manera gratuita a los huéspedes, puedes tomarlo allí o pedir que te lo pongan para llevar.
La cama nos resultó muy cómoda y las habitaciones están reformadas, son bastante acogedoras y hace calorcito, lo que se agradece después de un día de turismo por la ciudad.
Respecto a la relación calidad-precio fue de lo mejor que encontramos.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es que no hay ascensor y la escalera es un poquito estrecha para subir y bajar las maletas. Nos dio pena que nos alojasen en una habitación en la planta sótano, porque aunque tenía ventana y luz natural las vistas no eran al bonito barrio en el que se encuentra el hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent area
Pros:

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Melita is a small family-run hotel. Coffee and pastries are served every morning in the reception area which is like a Victorian era parlor adjoining the reception desk. It feels intimate and welcoming. The rooms are charming and compact with great attention to details.

Cons:

There were no disappointments.

Abbiamo trovato un ambiente confortevole e familiare. ti offrono la colazione anche se non è scritto in fase di prenotazione La camera pulita e ordinata. Tutti molto gentili e cordiali. Letti molto comodi.

Great location and neighbourhood, wonderful staff
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to Victoria (short walk), to great restaurants, Buckingham Palace, city centre. Bus line 24 is less than 1 minute from the hotel and it is a very good option.
The room was always clean and tidy and the people working at the hotel are super friendly, nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room was quite small but we did not spend too much time there, so it was absolutely ok.

Lovely clean hotel in a lovely area , room small but that’s expected in London, it was very up to date and immaculately presented -

Cons:

The only negative is the offer of free pastry for breakfast in the sitting area was a little early for us, so we had to decline, maybe the option of allowing people to have it till 10am would suit people wanting to have a more relaxing morning

とても清潔でおしゃれなところ。ベッドはフカフカで、寝心地が良かった。サービスで朝ごはんにコーヒーとかわいいパンを出してくれる。

Cons:

古い建物なので、部屋が狭く、少し斜めっているが、私は古い建物を上手に利用しているところに逆に好感が持てた。
