Pros:

Junior suite, куда мы переехали после ночи в стандартном (superior) номере.

Cons:

1) помещения на этажах не отапливаются, без куртки из номера не выйти (температура была около 10 градусов). Такого не встречала ещё ни в одном отеле;
2) забронировали два номера на две ночи за достаточно высокую стоимость 1300 франков (два стандартных номера). В одном номере не работал телевизор и был загрязнен слив в раковине, во втором НЕ было горячей воды в течении всех двух дней - невозможно было принять душ;
3)персонал (уборка) не говорит на немецком / английском, очень громко общались друг с другом в течении двух часов перед дверью нашего номера. Номера мы получили вероятно самые плохие, прямо напротив лифта, плюс эти орущие сотрудники. После многочисленных жалоб один номер нам поменяли на Junior suite;
4)завтрак достаточно однообразный, выбор не большой.
5)в итоге за все эти проблемы, отсутствие горячей воды, телевизора и присутствия дикого шума, нам всего лишь сделали бесплатно повышение одного номера. Причем вещи мы переносили самостоятельно из номера в номер. Мы ожидали, что нам как минимум сделают 30-50% скидку на проживание, ибо таких проблем мы не встречали ещё ни в одном 4-звездочном отеле.
Отель не рекомендуем, завышенная стоимость, осталось ощущение, что останавливались в хостеле.

Pros:

Experiência incrível. O hotel oferece uma das vistas mais bonitas que já tivemos, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial.

O restaurante também merece destaque, com um excelente fondue que combina perfeitamente com o clima da região.

O atendimento foi impecável, com uma equipe sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa, além da facilidade de deixar as malas antes do check-in.

Ambiente extremamente limpo, confortável e acolhedor.

Recomendamos.
