Better than staying at home comfortable inviting can’t wait to go back.
Pros:

Beautifully appointed in the perfect part of town right in the middle short, walk to the train but accessible to the bus buses. The rooms were clean well appointed most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and everything was available.

Cons:

It was hard to find anything bad about the hotel but the only one thing I could say is I had an early train and breakfast was not served until seven, but the staff was so kind to give me a to go breakfast for my Long train trip

Not worth the money. If you want to sleep at night stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The staff was nice but not in a hurry to provide service. The view was incredible.

Cons:

No a/c. Was across from a bar open until 2am. Very loud at night trying to sleep.
Check in took a while as there was only one person working at main check in time.
The door to the restroom was loud. Ran into it most nights and woke up my husband.

An unforgettable stay made even better by the breathtaking mountain views.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with a short walk to the nearest supermarket and convenient access to both the Grindelwald Terminal and Firstbahn station. The view from our room was absolutely priceless and one of the highlights of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout. Breakfast was also delicious, with a good selection to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Grindelwald.

Pros:

朝食ブッフェが美味しい(チーズやハムの種類が豊富)

ジュニアスイートからのマウンテンビューが最高で、浴室の窓からも山が見える

レストランのディナーで食べたサラダブッフェの野菜が新鮮でとても美味しかった

Cons:

エアコンが無いため部屋が暑かった(2026年5月下旬時点)
サーキュレーターを使って何とか我慢できたが、夏にエアコン無しの施設に滞在するのは厳しいと思う

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Our room was nice - mountain lodge style so nothing fancy. The breakfast was lovely and it is in a great location. We have a mountain view room and the view was fabulous. The spa facilities were lovely.

Cons:

The extra large double were two singles pushed together and not made up as one bed.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência desde o check in até o check out. Fizemos a reserva para 3 noites, tivemos que trocar para 2 noites e recebemos um valor de apenas 10% do valor total pago de reembolso. A reserva era para 3 pessoas - o quarto estava montado para apenas 2 pessoas com roupa de cama, travesseiro e toalha faltando. Funcionários robóticos e nada simpáticos - tirando os portugueses. Tem mosca no salão de refeição o tempo todo! Falta água na academia, elevador pequeno e fora de uso no dia 18/05 - energia do lugar é ruim. Café da manhã supervalorizado, box do banheiro péssimo! Pelo valor cobrado da diária deixou MUITO a desejar em vários ou aspectos.

Pros:

Der Fitnessbereich und der Spa-Bereich, das Frühstück war top, die Aussicht auf den Eiger.

Cons:

Ein bisschen roch es auf den Fluren und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass jemand vor unserem Aufenthalt im Zimmer geraucht hat. Aber es war alles sehr neu.
