Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstückbuffet war super. Sehr abwechslungsreich.
DAs Hotel ist an einer wunderbaren zentralen Lage.
Parkplatz gibt es hinter dem Haus, gut zu erreichen.
Fitnessbereich ist sehr sauber.
Die Hoteldirektorin hat sich immer nach dem Befinden der Gäste erkundigt, dass war sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Schade hat es keinen Poolbereich, nur Sauna.
An der Rezeption ist das Personal nicht immer gleich kompetent bei der Auskunft.
Das Duzen finde ich nicht so angebracht.

Totally recommended for a stay
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly - with all the little details they made our stay memorable! Location is just perfect - walking distance to First. The hotel has it's own private parking which was super convenient. The breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

We had a single room, which was excellent and spacious. And the double room - which was a bit outdated, could be more spacious and renovated considering it's price.
Overall, nothing to complain about.

Irréprochable et tout le personnel super accueillant.
Pros:

Conforme à tous les avis positifs, l'hôtel est irréprochable, et surtout, tout le personnel est absolument super accueillant. Le jacuzzi privatif a été très agréable après une journée de ski, la fondue Suisse au restaurant très bonne. On y reviendra dès que possible. Salutations à Carlos ;)

Cons:

Sehr laut in der Nacht, unmögluch mit offenem fenster zu schlafen.Es ist extrem schade, das man sich in herzen der Schweiz, nicht immer auf Schweizer Deutsch sonder auf Englisch mit dem Personal sprechen muss.

Pros:

The staff and hotel manager are very friendly and helpful. Overall property and rooms are clean. Our mountain view from the balcony was really nice. The spa is awesome and the masseuse is experienced. The mini fridge condiments, beer and snacks are free and replenished daily.

Alles war super. Die Personal sind sehr freundlich hilfsbereit, unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Melanie ist sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Amazing location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and access to grindelwald first and the terminal to get to jungfraujoch. Such a beautiful location. The eiger facing mountain suite was incredible. Highly recommend this hotel. Barry’s restaurant was fab and breakfast was lovely
