The service was good.
Rated a 4 star hotel, I would give it a 2. I booked two rooms and both were not good at all. The second room's airconditioner did not work so they were moved to another room where the toilet smelt of sewage. The workers were very helpful and tried their best but this did not resolve our issues. We ended up moving hotels.
Service was excellent
Beds were too hard, smelled of sewerage. Too small and definitely not 4 star. Aircon not working in one of the rooms. Switched rooms but the bathroom was very smelly. Moved hotels.
Boleh masak dalam rumah. Selesa. Peralatan disediakan. Ada 2 tandas. 2 peti sejuk. Dapur. Yg penting macam d rumah. Boleh save bajet part makan🤭
Mungkin untuk mandi di pool, boleh tambah 2/3 orang untuk 1 unit, untuk mandi d pool.
Perfecte ligging, mooie ruime kamer met zicht op het zwembad. Later uitchecken was ook mogelijk.
Handdoekenrek en haken in de badkamer waren stuk.
New and clean. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Very good value for money.
Daily cleaning time is not fixed, from 1100 to 1730. Bathing gel & shampoo pumps are broken / difficult to pump. Closing and opening the bathroom door would create very loud sound bcos of the poor lock design

Limited food options nearby. Luckily, you can easily order food via Grab/Food Panda.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sigar and would definitely rate it 5 stars. The service here truly stands out. One staff member in particular, Ben Ali, was extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His professionalism and warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable.
The rest of the staff were equally impressive — very polite, efficient, and quick to respond whenever assistance was required. It’s clear that the team works well together to provide excellent service to guests.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Hotel Sigar to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding hospitality.
We hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Deze was ruim en mooi. Gebouw mooi en locatie niet ver van Imago Shopping Mall.
Zwembad zit tussen de gebouwen met 3 ligbedjes. Erg krap. Veel herrie van vliegtuigen en moskee. Keuken gerei bijna niet aanwezig, wat lastig is.
All good, clean.
Location quite far from downtown.
