Clean facilities and Friendly Staff
Pros:

Great stay! The pool was clean, relaxing, and a highlight of our visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with everything you need. The mosque woke us up every morning at 5 a.m.
Pros:

We were given a room on the top floor by a helpful, smiling receptionist. The room was excellent with a beautiful view, and we had everything we needed. Nothing to complain about. The pool was very nice, though it fell into the shade quite early—great for the kids, but a bit of a shame if you want to sunbathe. There were decent restaurants right around the corner from the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center of KK from the hotel.

Cons:

The staff at the reception could have been a bit more smiling and welcoming (except for one pleasant gentleman). I believe the hotel is located near a mosque; it was very loud and woke us up every morning at 5 a.m. If it weren't for this, we would have given a top score.

Very clean big rooms with nice swimming pool.
Pros:

Very nice modern apartment with big comfortable beds. Good facilities (swimming pool) and nice to have a laundromat downstairs.

Cons:

Location was ok in that there were some small shops around, but the large major roads meant that walking to the nearby shopping mall and markets was not that easy and we ended up using grab taxis most of the time.

Hotellet var meget lydt. Der var en moské meget tæt på, og man kunne naboernes døre smække meget tydeligt. Morgenmaden på hotellet er ikke værd at betale for

Pros:

The room is beautifully designed and I had the pool view.

Cons:

Internet speed was slow, marketed as high speed but I only had 4.5mb/s. Couldn’t even do a proper virtual meeting.

Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. I liked that it had a sofa bed, which offered extra space and convenience. It was well-equipped with a smart TV, mini kitchen, microwave, kettle, mini fridge, and basic utensils, which made it very convenient. The balcony was a lovely feature, furnished with a sofa and table, and offered a beautiful pool view. I also enjoyed the pleasant environment around the property. The location was good, with a laundry facility nearby, making it ideal for both short and longer stays.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard and not very comfortable. The air-conditioning unit was positioned directly facing the bed and sofa, which made it uncomfortable at times. The bathroom did not have a separate shower area, so the entire floor became wet after showering and could be quite slippery. I was also a little disappointed that the sliding door to the balcony could not be locked and the air-conditioning remote had a low battery. However, both issues were resolved promptly by the staff. It would also be helpful to have a phone in the room to contact the receptionist directly.
