Mungkin lepas ni saya tidak akan menginap di hotel ni lagi. Saya akan memilih hotel yang lebih mesta pelanggan.
Pros:

Hotel dekat dengan kawasan dan tempat-tempat menarik di bandar.

Cons:

Tetamu hotel sepatutnya dapat parking percuma di dalam bangunan ataupun diskaun parking. Sarapan percuma pun patut ada untuk tetamu sekurang2 nya untuk 2 orang. Dobi 24 jam di bawah sangat mahal dan tidak berpatutan.

Check-in was supposed to be at 2 or 3 o'clock, but I only got the room key at 5:30. This hotel has very bad service.

Facilities were acceptable, but if you want better service and comfort i suggest to find other places.
Pros:

Room is spacious and complete with microwave and cutleries. Slightly away from busy areas so traffic is not a problem. Self service laundry and jom jom mart is readily available and convenient.

Cons:

Some of the staff were not helpful. Our keycard was not working when we wanted to enter the room. When we called reception using hp, they told us to go down and reset it. Room cleaning would only be done after 2pm. So if u plan to stay in after 1pm, be prepared to stay in an unmade room.

An excellent stay for family.
Pros:

The location is central to the city center but it is not walkable. You will have to take a taxi if you want to go to the city center. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance and also a laundramat next door to the hotel. The swimming pool was very nice.

Cons:

Checking in is too late. Normally we can check in by 2:00 pm but we had to wait until 3:00 pm.

Nice staff, good sized room for family of four
Pros:

Nice room and staff were friendly. Great to have a pool

Cons:

Very minor things (nothing to stop booking) - no hooks anywhere for towels (family of four sharing so lots of wet towels). Some sockets didn't work. Very crowded pool and pool area but likely due to an on-site event so may not be the norm.
