Η διαμονή μας ήταν καλή συνολικά, με ορισμένες δυσκολίες που όμως επιλύθηκαν άμεσα από τη διεύθυνση!

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και λειτουργικό, ενώ η πισίνα και το σπα ήταν καθαρά και καλά φροντισμένα, προσφέροντας μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία χαλάρωσης

Cons:

Το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου δεν μιλούσε αγγλικά, με αποτέλεσμα να μας χρεώσουν προϊόντα που ήδη περιλαμβάνονταν στο πακέτο all inclusive. Μετά από ένταση και αφού καλέσαμε τον General Manager του ξενοδοχείου, το θέμα επιλύθηκε χάρη στην άμεση παρέμβασή του.

Pros:

Много сме доволни от престоят ни в хотела! Бяхме посрещнати топло на рецепция, като ни беше разяснено всичко. Стаята, в която бяхме настанени беше уютна, просторна и чиста. За детето ни беше подготвено допълнително място за сън. Хареса ни това, че можем да регулираме температурата на въздуха в стаята. Басейнът беше чист и приятно топъл. Парната баня също беше с добро количество пара. Ресторантът също много ни хареса- чист и подреден. Храната беше разнообразна, топла и много вкусна. Персоналът в целия хотел е отзивчив и любезен. Благодарим за приятния престой!

Стаята беше много хубава и просторна.

Басейна много малък,първия ден водата беше с по ниски градуси от необходимото,Вечерята първият ден 20 минути след започването свърши и много гости останаха разочаровани ,но след лек скандал от гостите на хотела се донесе допълнителна храна,а на другият ден имаше храна в изобилие даже следобяд имаше фокача иначе хотела е много хубав.
