Just some attention towards what’s promised to the customer would be required. Like the keys & coffee machine were forgotten initially but given I was travelling with seniors and an infant, the missing keys created a bit of a panic at first. But thehost managed everything very quickly so that’s a great thing!

I would have liked it to be a little bit cleaner, it wasn’t spotless when I arrived some dirt and hairs in the bathroom and areas where cleaning had been missed on inside windows. I would have appreciated the option to have a housekeeping visit mid-stay. Generally I would have appreciated more visibly present staff however that is maybe just not the style of a place like this. The freezer was missing its drawers. One cupboard by the front door which housed some plumbing, possibly a heating tank, had an odour which was present throughout my stay, but remained located by the front door. I had to request soap and a light bulb as these were initially missing. I feel like the lighting in general could be improved by using warmer lights. I feel like it would be better to skip advertising parquet floors when the floors were simple wood laminate. I could hear doors/floors creaking and a child running around in the upstairs apartment every morning I was there, but I’m sure they can’t do anything about that.

La qualité et propreté des ustensiles de cuisine. Le ménage devrait être aussi fait plus sérieusement.

My only real issue was the Wi-Fi on the 4th floor (though I didn't mention it to the hotel staff at the time), the connection was pretty low and kept dropping. But honestly, everything else was so good that it was still a great experience.

Everything was very good! My family loves the place. Very good for a family with children.

Property wasn't ready at agreed checkin time. No washing machine or dryer, important for long stays. No Microwave. Needed cushions in the window seats. Only 1 chair for a family of 6. There were 6 wine glasses and mugs, 5 tall glasses, but only 4 knifes

malheureusement nous avons eu des voisins plutôt bruyants. mais bon c'est le jeu, et nous avons quand même eu une expérience adaptée et correcte pour le prix.

There was a bad smell in the apartment through the whole stay

We were disappointed with the organisation. We were moved 3 times until we reached our final suitable room which had been cleaned, beds made and was fully functional.
Final room still had no lights in the bedroom.
