L’emplacement est super bien situé.

Cons:

Il y a pas de sécurité, ou d'employée sur les lieux, les gens font ce qu'ils veulent.

Il y avais des personnes qui fumais toute la nuit et ça nous a gardé réveillé. Aussi à 2 reprises nous avons trouvé des itinérants caché dans les airs communes, les installations à l'intérieur du loft sont toutes défectueuses ou sur le point de brisé

Fantastic day, close to everything.
Pros:

Beautiful property, nice large windows, brick walls. It’s proximity to everything was fantastic. The host was very kind. I had booked the wrong arrival date and they were very accommodating and patient with me as I was crashing out.

Qualité prix c'est vraiment très bien .
Pros:

Malgré quelques bribes, il s'agit d'un bel appartement avec de grandes fenêtres en arches. Sans aucun doute, c'est l'un des quartiers les plus beaux de la ville. Je suis un artiste et je trouve cet endroit très inspirant.

Pas de réception ni de numéro de téléphone joignable autrement que donné par un autre client. Difficile d'entrer sans instructions. C'est comme un Air BnB mais vendu comme un hotel

Un bâtiment patrimonial malmené et mal décoré.
Pros:

De beaux murs de brique, lit confortable, de vrais verres de vin (oui, des coupes de vin mesdames et messieurs).

Cons:

Les photos ne représentent pas le logement attribué : contrairement aux photos, je n’avais pas de grandes fenêtres de façade en arche. Et c’était sombre. Deux petites fenêtres sur une ruelle. Ce fut compliqué recevoir le code de l’entrée en bas. J’ai perdu 40 minutes à chercher pour rien, mais ils m’ont envoyé par texto lorsque je me suis plaint
On ne marche pas nus pieds dans l’appartement.

J'ai été chargé 125$ de plus que le prix demandé, il n'y avait AUCUN rouleau de papier de toilette dans cette chambre et aucun moyen de s'en procurer, nous avons du en acheter. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et l'ascenseur non plus. Le propriétaire n'a rien fait pour nous aider.
