Splendide un vrai havre de paix !
Pros:

Un immense merci pour l’accueil et pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Nous avons passé un moment incroyable dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, mais surtout l’accueil et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe, qui nous ont vraiment touchés. Tout le monde est au petit soin.

L’hôtel est très bien placé un vrai havre de paix, en 10min de scooteur dans le centre de Ubud et à l’abris de tout le trafic c’est très agréable.

Nous avons pu faire un cours de yoga avec une professeur vraiment super et dans un cadre vraiment splendide.

Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour à Ubud. Si nous revenons à Ubud, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel !

Soggiorno molto piacevole, personale gentilissimo! Alcune piccole cose potrebbero migliorare per essere il top
Pros:

Molto autentico, personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridenti. Siamo stati 5 notti e nel complesso molto bene. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno offerto un upgrade della stanza e sono stati molto gentili e carini e la stanza era stupenda.

Cons:

Purtroppo però quella stanza era disponibile solo per 3 notti e quindi poi per le ultime due notti ci è toccata la stanza che avevamo prenotato, la quale, onestamente, non meritava il costo. Il bagno aveva forte odore, forte rumore ogni volta che accendevi la luce e il lavandino perdeva acqua. La colazione alla carta inclusa nel prezzo ottima ma se prendi un secondo caffè te lo fanno pagare 3 euro, un po troppo direi in una zona nota per la produzione e il consumo del caffè.
Il ristorante buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato tutti i giorni lì e alcuni giorni pure due volte. Tutto buonissimo. Il costo dell’acqua però esagerato, 3 euro una piccola bottiglia.

Pros:

Site magnifique et douce tranquillité.

Cons:

Dans le superbe bungalow proche piscine et restaurant, la seule ombre au tableau est que la lumière des toilettes allume toute la salle de bain et renvoie du coup la lumière dans la chambre. Une lampe dédiée juste aux WC eut été simple et pratique. C’est un détail qui n'influence en aucune manière la sensation de bien-être qu'apporte l’hotel et cette chambre.

Toller, entspannter Aufenthalt im Mathis Retreat Ubud mit kleinem
Pros:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Mathis Ubud Retreat sehr genossen. Insbesondere möchten wir das sehr leckere A la Carte Frühstück hervorgeben, die sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool und Aussicht über die Reisfelder, die geräumigen Garden Bungalows sowie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des ganzen Personals. Auch die Lage etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums mit auch verschiedenen Restaurants in der Nähe schätzten wir sehr.

Cons:

Einziges Manko war der eher unangenehme, modrige Geruch sowohl im Zimmer wie auch an der Frottee- und Bettwäsche, wohl aufgrund der eher hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Dies trübte unsere Ankunft etwas und hier könnte sicher mit wenig Aufwand viel erreicht werden, z.B. Duftstäbchen, Waschmittel, etc.

Nichtsdestotrotz empfehlen wir das Hotel absolut weiter!

Hôtel au delà de nos attentes, il se dégage une forte spiritualité de ces lieux. Personnel au top

J'ai adoré la beauté et la quiétude des lieux. Les parties communes (restaurant/piscine) sont magnifiques avec vue sur les rizières
Personnel très accueillant, attentif à notre bien-être
Spéciale mention à la Responsable de l'hôtel qui a été à notre écoute et extrêmement commerçante

Cons:

Aucun point négatif, si ce n'est que l'hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville d'Ubud, mais c'est un choix

Amazing hotel in amazing location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, just a little bit outside Ubud centre, but close to Sayan and Penestanan, which are the best areas in Ubud anyway. You are able to make a stunning and quiet ricefield walk on the back of the hotel. Staff amazing, room great, restaurant on side; GREAT!

Cons:

Relatively early in the morning, staff already started work in the hotel garden, including mowing the grass which made a lot of noise and made it hard to sleep in.
