Aardig hotel
Pros:

Personeel in het restaurant is erg vriendelijk, ontbijt was wel ok. Mooi uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Prettig zwembad.

Cons:

Als je iets wilde hebben, bijvoorbeeld water dan moest je er wel drie keer om vragen en dan moest je het alsnog zelf bij de receptie ophalen. Ik had het idee dat de heren bij de receptie hun telefoon belangrijker vonden dan de gasten. Schoonmaak en schone handdoeken moet je ook naar vragen, gaat niet automatisch. Ziet er leuk uit, maar heeft allemaal wel een opknapbeurt nodig.

Toppen, bästa vi hade på Bali
Pros:

Läget, kändes som det låg off vid risfält, men var bara 15 min med taxi in till centrala Ubud. Jättefina rum, härlig pool med utsikt över risfält.

Cons:

Frukosten var jättegod, men man fick bara välja en rätt från menyn så det var lite lite

Tranquility in serene surrounds in Ubud
Pros:

Super genuinely friendly and helpful, professional staff. Amazing quiet location, absolutely lived up to the website details. A real bonus was the easy walks through or next to rice paddies. On the shortcut walk to the Neka Art Museum, we got a glimpse of Mt Agung. Special!

Good - but place før improvements.
Pros:

It has a great location and is relaxing and peaceful.
The staff is very kind and helpful- they really make you feel welcome, and help the best they can.
Shuttle service works great - could offer a home time from city around 19:00/20:00 would be great.

Cons:

Web pictures and reality for the rooms does not match up. They need much better cleaning, bedding, lamp, fridge! The rooms could use a more modern look; lights, curtains, mirrors - small things but effective. Kitchen staff needs to work on their speed… took forever to get food - 2 boiled egg with toast - 25 min. or 1 club sandwich 45 min.

Pros:

We absolutely loved every moment of our stay! The view was breathtaking, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. Dinner was absolutely delicious — truly one of the highlights of our visit.
Even though we had to check out at 4:30 a.m., the staff went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and preparing a beautiful takeaway breakfast box for us. Such thoughtful service made our experience even more special.

Amazing nice views
Pros:

I loved the place the surroundings where spectacular.
The view of the rice terrace amazing

Cons:

The didn’t clean my room daily and they inform me of that only after I asked.
Most of the times I asked to clean it they did.

And I had problems with water two times, solved but I was notified after the issue, not before

But the staff was really nice and made me stay

Little slice of paradise! What a cute and beautiful place in the middle of rice fields. It has the most beautiful pool area with a view of rice fields. Very peaceful stay with wonderful staff!

Tesis konum olarak Ubud merkeze araç ile 10-15 dakika mesafede ve otelin belirli saatlerde ücretsiz gidiş dönüş hizmeti var bu çok iyiydi. Taksi parası vermek yerine o para ile merkezde güzel bir kaç yemek yiyebilirsiniz: Restaurantında güzel yemekler var fiyatlar merkezdeki restaurantlar ile benzer çok yüksek değil makul ve lezzetli .
Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Personel ilgili yardımsever.
Odalar temiz, düzenli böcek ve benzeri şeylere rastlamadık. Havuz güzel ve önü açık gerçekten dinlendirici bir atmosferi var.

Cons:

Otelin aktivite fiyatları çok pahalı.
Otelden talep edilen her şey internet üzerinden bulacağınız fiyatların çok çok üzerinde.
Burada biraz daha makul fiyatlar vermek otel için uygun olursa bir çok aktiviteyi otelden almanızı tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

As I was personally asked again to leave a review, I will do so now:

It is certainly a small idyll there, but the rooms are terrible. After a long flight (I had booked for 7 days), my three-year-old daughter and I were put into the very last room in a dark corner. I thought I had booked a better room category, but was still given a poor room with a bad view.

The worst only became clear once the door was closed: the smell was worse than in a public toilet. I did not sleep at all the first night and kept thinking about my daughter, who would absolutely not use the toilet under these conditions.

I asked for another room. The new room smelled of mold. In both rooms it was not even possible to ventilate properly (which I had not considered beforehand) because of mosquitoes — there were no mosquito nets.

Management is aware that the rooms smell and that there is mold, yet they still do not want bad reviews. In my opinion, this completely distorts the purpose of reviews, as guests arrive with false expectations.

Especially as a solo traveler with a child, the stay was a huge challenge for me. I did not want to engage in unnecessary discussions — I simply wanted to enjoy my holiday as a mother.
