Hotel entspricht m.E. nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück wurde seit meinem letzten Aufenthalt verbessert. Klimaanlage läuft gut, was bei Hitze wichtig ist.

Cons:

Sauberkeit! Reinigungskräfte kommen augenscheinlich unregelmäßig in die Zimmer. Wer Zimmerreinigung und frische Handtücher wünscht, muss dies selbst organisieren. Automatisch läuft da nichts. Erinnert mich an eine Jugendherberge. Teppich im Treppenhaus vollkommen abgekommen. Auch beim in die Jahre gekommenen Inventar wird augenscheinlich nicht investiert. Vorhänge mit Löchern sagen mehr als tausend Worte.

Freundliches Personal, einschecken früher möglich, Abwicklung top.

Cons:

Ausstattung Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Duschkopfhalterung Schrauben der Halterung Scheiben nicht abgedeckt, im Schlafzimmer Bewegungsmelder am Bett, keine Abschaltmöglochkeit in der Nacht auffindbar.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Now need to try other hotels from PLAZA
Pros:

Overall, hits most if not all the boxes. A lot of small details done right.

Breakfast:
- all fresh, good selection, good taste.
- fresh orange and multi-vitamin juice - as much as you wish.
- a lot of good protein options : salmon, meat (cold/warm), scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese.

Location: close to the train station (7 min walking) and bus stop (3 min). But windows has good isolation, so can't hear any noise. Also close to the city center.

Room is super clean and no random sounds from fridge, etc.

Showers: good shower system, just takes a few second to select the desired temperature which stays stable. + A lot of soap and shower gel, so not need to worry much about asking for refill during your stay.

Extra points for elevator configured to stay open on the ground floor (and coming back to ground floor by itself after someone used it)

More Extra points for small red light in the bathroom (which can be turned on/off) - so you don't disturb your sleep if you need to go to bathroom in the evening or at night.

Cons:

Nitpicking here. But maybe it will be critical for someone:
- Wifi was working, but in general it was not fast. Had unlimited mobile, so I've used it instead.
- communication emails are coming in German. Although there are options to select the language (EN) in the internal app , it will be good to have an option during registration what is the preferred communication language. And then receive all emails/communication in it. (Again, not a big issue with google translate and etc. Just something that can be improved)

Waren kurz da, hatten eine Hochzeit, würde ich nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Das es zentral war und Eingangsbereich sah schön aus.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad waren nicht so modisch und neu wie das Eingangsbereich. Für diesen Preis total überteuert. Als Geschenk einfach nur 1 falsche Wasser.

Enttäuschend im Vergleich zu früheren Aufentahlten
Pros:

Rezeptionspersonal nett und freundlich..
Klimaanlage sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr übersichtlich, z.T. schon um 0900h sehr abgegriffen und nicht nachgelegt.
Tische wurden während der Frühstückszeit nicht abgeräumt.
Während des 3 tägigen Aufenthalts hat das Zimmer keinen Service erfahren, Betten nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher.
Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, bedürfen einer Renovierung.
Der große weiße "Spermafleck" auf dem Teppisch vor dem Zimmer wirkt unappetitlich.
4 Sterne nimmer, besser geht allzeit immer!

el desayuno estuvo bien

Cons:

cuando llegamos el hotel estaba cerrado a las 23h ,sin nadie en recepcion. Nuestros amigos que son de alli y hablan aleman pudimos hacer cheking por telefono y poder disponer de nuestra habitacion. Nunca nos habia pasado, increible en un hotel que este cerrado y no tener a nadie en recepcion
