The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to great food spots and only 10-12 minutes to Dotonbori, which was perfect with two kids. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable beds, a kitchen and a lovely balcony that the children really enjoyed. We especially loved having an in room washing machine plus a drying room such a lifesaver when travelling with family! The hotel truly had everything we needed. But what stood out the most was the staff, they were beyond amazing, warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and special. We felt genuinely well taken care of the entire time.

Comfortable stay in a great location with friendly service.
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient with many shops and food options just outside, and it’s within walking distance to Dotonbori. Staff were friendly and helpful, and having a lift made it easy to manage luggage.

Cons:

The pillow was a bit stiff and hard for my preference, but everything else was comfortable.

Good location and huge room ( for Japanese standards)
Pros:

Great location, well equipped huge room. Love that the toilet and bathroom were separate. Even washing machine and little kitchen in the room. Great value for that price.

Cons:

Little bit dirty floors and lack of cosmetic. All other visited hotels in Japan offer some cosmetics in the room or in the lobby/reception.
