Location was perfect! The common areas were very clean and kid friendly. The room was clean and good size!

Pros:

Great location - right on the beach and easy to walk to the main street with restaurants + bars. Clean room + bathroom. The hotel offered free smores in the evenings by their fire pits which was nice. Green space right outside the room with tables, chairs + umbrellas.

Cons:

Room felt a little damp. We were on the ground floor - I would request one of the upper rooms for more privacy if you can.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel!
Pros:

The location was amazing - right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the funk zone/state street! the hotel is recently redone and our room was gorgeous! the property was beautiful and lots of thoughtful touches!
