Pool wasn’t operational due to imminent council check.
L'emplacement est ideal dans la vieille ville avec tous les magnifiques monuments à visiter à pied.
Tout etait très bien. Seule, la maintenance de la piscine ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter. Mais c'est ponctuel.
Sehr zentral zu allen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, nicht zu groß und unpersönlich. Gutes Frühstück.
Matratzen etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack, Wellnessbereich und v.a. Innenpool ziemlich klein. Aber dafür großzügige Öffnungszeiten. Der ebenfalls sehr kleine Fitnessraum könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen.

It located so close to main area, you cam basically walk around every toruristic attractions! Staffs were so kind and breakfast was also nice.

Just spent 4 nights/5 days at the Romance Istanbul Hotel. The hotel is fabulous, we are just having tea and cake in the hotel (every day 2-4pm and free) before we are picked up to go to the airport😒 This is also where breakfast is served, buffet style and also a menu to order from giving you an extended choice, we were always full after breakfast. Our room on the 3rd floor was excellent, had tea making facilities which came in handy, we just asked at reception for some fresh milk that we kept in the fridge in the room. The shower was amazing which made up for my disappointment of there not being a bath. We made use of the spa facilities, although the pool was small it was just nice to do a little exercise and get rid of the aches and pains from so much walking. The sauna was great but the steam room was a little too hot for me. The staff were also amazing throughout the hotel, friendly and professional which always makes your holiday more enjoyable. If/when we return we would definitely be staying at Romance Istanbul Hotel🥰
The hotel is trully amazing. The room is very nice, the bed is super confortable, the hammam, sauna and pool are also very nice. And all serviced by super nice people like Mirac and Hakan at the reception and super friendly Rabia (love her smile), Burak and Dea at the breakfast. Highly recommemd to stay there.
The hotel was in a good central location and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

アメニティがなかった（フロントに言えばくれたのかもしれませんが、降りて行くのは面倒でした）のと、シャワーでしかも狭かったので、その点だけが残念でした
