Perfect for families
Pros:

Our family of five had a great stay here. The rooms are very clean and there was enough space for us to all comfortably stay. The property is close to subway lines, restaurants and Family Mart is practically next door. There is an activity corner in the lobby where kids can create keepsakes. Also, the staff were amazing! They helped us book some of our activities and shout out to Bryan who helped arrange some lost luggage for us! We loved Mimaru.

Cons:

Our only issue was when we arrived in Tokyo, the taxi took us to a different Mimaru, which we were told can happen.

Clean space to stay with family, not too far from 2 subway stations.
Pros:

Location was good, some people may like it closer to something more touristy, but this place is not by anything major. I knew that going in and it was fine for us. Staff were really nice and also helped arrange a taxi to pick up my family to go to the airport our last day. Having a bigger size refrigerator helped keeping different variety of drinks and food cold for the Japan summer heat & humidity!

Cons:

I did know this going in, but as most of other Asian hotels go, the place is tight even though we had the corner family unit. the living room area is not very big but the layout where the bedroom sliding doors opened to the living room helped.

Spacious, peaceful stay with excellent service that is convenient for food and entertainment.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel was convenient to the train, food, and shopping. The dishware and decor was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We could work and relax. The washer/dryer was perfect to help make the stay feel just like home. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and would recommend highly to anyone.

Cons:

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great Location with plenty of room to stretch out!
Pros:

Great Location away from all of the hustle bustle that can be Tokyo with a lot of local charm. Still close enough and central enough to get to all of the major sites with ease. Nihonbashi in particular is close to Ginza, Tsukiji, Ueno and Asakusa so this was a good hub for both attractions and shopping. Room was big and accommodating for our family of 5 especially in comparison to other hotel stays in Japan.

Our Favourite Tokyo Hotel
Pros:

Everything about Minaru is excellent. We booked the Two Bedroom Family Suite for our 6 person group. It was very spacious with a table for us to sit and eat at, dishes to use and a small kitchen. We had two washrooms to use and a new washer/dryer unit the staff helped us with. The unit was clean and housekeeping services were very good. The reception staff were beyond helpful and kind. They have crafts that you can try, a coffee shop and small ceramics shop. If you have a larger group, this is a very good choice. It is also close walking distance to transit.

Cons:

Nothing! It cost more than other accommodations but it is very worth it.

Fantastic apartment in quiet location

The apartment we had was very spacious and we loved having a washing machine. The website which the receptionist showed us had all the information about local area and hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful
