Everything fine nice staff great location
Nothing
Fantastic location and great value for money
Nothing really. Room could benefit from some updating but considering the price and location, can't fault it.
Great location
It was tired. The rooms were extremely noisy and in need of a major update
Excellent location, staff are friendly and helpful, beds clean, bathroom spotless.
Very noisy, cars, vans going past all night, windows and walls paper thin, can hear everything, if your a light sleeper like me, you probably wont get much sleep. Delivery men delivering bottles early hours of the morning, a man was potting plants at 6am in the morning right under my window, talking very loud to people walking past, another man had a guitar, a boom box and a camera singing outside after midnight, recording himself, apparently he does this often, we had to tell him to move so we could sleep. Carpets need cleaning, blood stain on floor and splashed up wall, old stain, can see its not been cleaned thoroughly. Rooms quite dark and gloomy, needs lighter curtains as they are very outdated and dark, makes the room look very miserable and old fashioned.
Staff were very friendly.
No air con in very old and tired rooms.
I liked the ambience of this place. Nice areas to spend time and it was a bonus having a lovely shaded courtyard to cool off in. It was also a smoking area for those who smoked. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices and a resonable price too. I had breakfast on my last morning before my travel home. I also had lunch on my second day.Taxis were near by and so was the main town if you wanted to go there. The beautiful Worcester Cathedral is in walking distance. All the staff I met during my stay were really nice and helpful giving me information on how to get to where I needed to go. I would stay here again next time I visit my friend in Worcester.
I didnt not like anything but to have made it perfect for me I would have liked maybe a free standing remote comtrol fan because I stayed when we were having a heatwave and I had to lie on top of bed each night. There was a fan to use but it was quite small. I would have liked a walk in shower as I can no longer use a bath.I was advised about this so I did know before I arrived. I did use the over the bath shower but I felt unsafe for fear of a fall. Maybe a hand rail on the wall would help whilst using shower.I had room 2 and the shower curtain rod needs to be lowered because the shower curtain wasnt long enough hence the water was all over the floor each time I used it. As I say some of these things are just personal preference. A more able person wouldn't have these problems.
Met my expectations. I have stayed a number of times before.
Nothing really.
Location good , breakfast lovely
Good value for the price, comfy bed, fan welcomed. Staff friendly and good location for one night
Needs bathroom updating but everything there that we needed
The staff, were so friendly and the food was lovely, 2nd time staying for us,all ill say is I wish it had aircon, as we were so hot, couldn't sleep,
No aircon.
Comfortable and handy to the city centre
Restaurant was good
Facilities and room
Everything
Nothing
Breakfast Okay, not enough options, the room on the small side and the bed uncomfortable as well as only being a double, also there was only a tiny wooden stool to sit on, when we asked for some chairs we were informed they would look but didn't have spare chairs, they found one chair for us, not impressed.
Photographs show a small table and chairs in the room, see above
Location is great and always a nice welcome, comfy bed and good breakfast
Nothing
The fact that under the modern trapping, there is an ancient hotel here with wood beams
Nothing. Was what it said on tin
