Breakfasts, both Full and Continental were very good. Bed was comfortable Shower was very good. Everything in the room worked and it was tidy and clean considering the age of the building (which was quaint, olde worlde) Decent bar. Tv was good. Good position in Worcester for exploring or going out for food/drink/entertainment. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient
Room was very, very warm at night and uncomfortable to sleep in. 2nd night i had to keep the fan on ALL NIGHT (is that safe?) That's even with the window open a bit which meant i had to open the double glazing and let in quite a bit of noise (in centre of town). Would probably provide as shower mat as standard
Friendly staff and good location
Appreciate it’s an old building so little can be done about the heat, but a few more things could have helped eg providing a sheet rather than a duvet and bottled water.
Again, I understand some of this is the nature of the building, but soundproofing was really poor - sounded like the person in the adjacent room was in mine with me! There was something not quite right with the bathroom drains and the shower felt quite tired and not super comfortable.
The shower was very good and the staff were friendly!
The rooms were way too hot!!!
Nothing
Poorly kept, single room extremely small without any ventilation. Too hot for summers as there is no air conditioning.
Location and staff. Nice enough room. Staff were very helpful.
Like most hotels, the windows dont open much. The heatwave was crazy. Fan provided but was no match for record breaking heatwave haha.
The location and the food mainly
The staff deserve special mention as they are so happy and want your stay together special
Can be noisy at night and the hot water is hit and miss at times
Great location
Bathroom needs updating
Good location for exploring city centre and cathedral and convenient for onward travel by by bus with bus stop only a few minutes walk away. Bed was very comfortable
Only complaint was the room was very warm although that’s influenced by current weather conditions.
Very enjoyable stay and would come back again
