WiFi非常的不穩比火車上的還糟糕，彷彿回到了二十年前用數據線撥接上網的時代，而飯店本身只在某張桌子附上了一紙聲明，像是在說「這段期間入住的客人請自認倒楣喔」。

L’emplacement idéale pour visiter cette très belle ville, le petit déjeuné varié et de qualité, la gentillesse des employés.

Cons:

La literie.. mauvaise dans notre suite (124T) tour de l’Horloge et mal insonorisé.

Pros:

Beautiful old building two minutes from San Marco plaza...in the heart of Venice... breakfast buffet lovely..when I asked for gluten free I got my own basket of goodies..two muffins.four packets of biscuits.. cornflakes..bread..rice cakes..staff so thoughtful

Bueno pero no tanto
Pros:

Un buena ubicación. En cuanto a las habitaciones muy amplias luminosas y limpias solo q el figurar no enfriaba absolutamente nada. Por lo demás el desayuno bueno los ascensores chicos pero estamos en Venecia y el personal algunos muy amables q nos dió agua caliente para el mate y otra muy antipática q puso un montón de escusas y no nos dio agua caliente.

Cons:

Parte del personal, q no anduviera el fríogobar y q si bien tiene cocina bacha y microondas no hay ni un plato jarro o fuente, nada de nada
