The location and staff were great. Good bedding too. Lovely waitresses in restaurant serving good food.

Lovely hotel In an amazing location
Pros:

The location of this hotel is wonderful. Our balcony looked over the main square of old town Oaxaca. The square is lively and noisy at night but it did not bother us as the music stops by 10.30pm. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the hotel has a lovely ambience. Staff were helpful and there is parking available about a block away.
The cafe in the hotel offers quite a good breakfast which can be convenient if you have a big day planned (not included in cost of the hotel.) There is a coffee machine in the room.
We loved our stay here.
