The rooms were incredibly spacious, and it was very close to town.

Прекрасен хотел, който напълно си заслужава цената! Локацията е много удобна, стаите са чисти и уютни, а персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив. СПА зоната е страхотна – поддържана, релаксираща и създава истинско усещане за почивка. Басейнът беше приятно топъл и много чист, което направи престоя ни още по-приятен. Закуската също ни изненада приятно – разнообразна, вкусна и с пресни продукти. Определено бихме посетили отново!

Great location, friendly staff, huge rooms.
Pros:

Huge bedroom with a great view. Comfy beds and big shower. Kettle and fridge provided which are very useful. Breakfast is ok - very limited choice and quality is just ok. coffee is nice. extra large for omelette which seems mean.

Cons:

breakfast is limited and quality is not great. food is cold, limited options for bread and fruit. juice tastes weird. would avoid breakfast option and visit one of the lovely cafes along the river

Wymaga odświeżenia jednak nie podczas pobytu gości
Pros:

Pierwsze wrażenie personel bardzo miły i informował o wszystkim. Otrzymaliśmy dwa podwójne łóżka mimo rezerwacji pokoju z jednym dużym, ale po telefonie do recepcji zostało to poprawione. Na śniadaniach życzliwy personel. Powitalne owoce, całkiem smaczne śniadania, to wszystko miłe gesty.

Cons:

Dużo kurzu w pokoju, otrzymaliśmy zgodnie z życzeniem pokój na wyższym piętrze. Niestety nikt nie poinformował nas że będzie prowadzone odświeżenie w pokoju obok w trakcie naszego pobytu. Zrywanie podłogi i hałas towarzyszył nam od 19 do 21. Po zgłoszeniu sprawy na recepcji Pan zapewnił że prace zostaną przerwane bo nie wiedzieli że ktoś tam mieszka oraz skontaktują się z managerem w tej sprawie ;) tak się jednak nie stało, drugiego dnia dostałam odpowiedź że to była kwestia niecierpiąca zwłoki, więc poprosiłam o kontakt do managera i w ramach rekompensaty został nam zaoferowany 30min masaż. Jednak tego samego wieczoru zrywanie podłogi miało miejsce ponownie… w nocy pokój obok wyglądał tak jak na zdjęciu. Poprosiłam o pomoc obsługę Booking.

Çok temiz odaları çok geniş ve iyi dekore edilmiş, Vardar nehrinin kenarinda sessiz, merkeze 15 dakika mesafede olan bir otel. Spa çok temizdi. Restoranda iyi yemekler sunuluyor. Ben beğindim. Sabah kahvaltısı da zrngindi. Otel manzarası harikaydı. Önü Vardar nehrine arkasıda büyük parka bakıyor. Otelin spor yapma olanakları mükemmeldi. Ayrıca otelin önünde geniş yürüme yolları var. 3-4 kilometre çok güzel yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz.

Cons:

TV kanalları yeterli sayıda değildi.

Pros:

Pokoj ve kterém jsme byli, byl dostatečně velký a velmi zajímavý. Koupelna měla průsvitné stěny. Balkon s výhledem na stadion.

Cons:

Obsluhující personál nebyl vstřícný. Téměř se neusmál, Chudá snídaně.

Want to hear your partner poop? Book this hotel.
Pros:

The beds are amazing, you get a really good sleep. The location of the hotel is also good, about 20min walk from the old bazaar.

Cons:

As soon as we arrived we pointed out issues with our room. The lights were not working, which was fixed.
The bathroom door could not be closed! At all! Wide open. We had just landed after a 18h trip and realised that the other person had to see and hear everything from the bathroom. AND I was down at the reception to complain about this twice, and they kept playing a game of whose fault everything is among the employers.
They did not fix it. Their reactions were smug. And we were left with a room with a toilet always open. Disaster.

Uzasné ubytování, nádherné pokoje, skvělá restaurace. Určitě všem doporučuji i návštěvu bazénu :-)
