Pros:

We got business room, which was arpund 40-45 sq meters in size, with a double bed, a sofa and 2 arm chairs. They got us fridge and kettle from Smug which were really nice.

Cons:

They provided huge washroom and shower area was humongous. But there were no jacuzzi.

Great establishment, shame about the brat at the spa desk.
Pros:

The room was enormous with a great view of the river. The restaurant was very good for dinner and so was the breakfast.

Cons:

The extremely rude girl at the spa desk chided us two nights in a row for bringing our very well behaved 10 and 3 year old to the pool. If there is an adults only rule and that’s what you want your establishment to be, I totally respect that. Otherwise, keep your mouth shut when I bring my kids to the pool.

Reichliche Auswahl beim Frühstück, Viel Platz im Zimmer, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Viele Extras, wie Seife, Duschgel, Zahnbürste. Balkon mit Tisch und Sessel, Gratis SPA-Bereich, sehr freundliches Personal.

5 yıldız beklentisine girmeyin :) Fiyat performans diyebiliriz. Tekrar tercih eder miyim kararsızım.

Konum şehir merkezine yani iskender bey meydanına 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Nehir kenarından keyifli bir şekilde yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz.
Stadın hemen dibinde. Çevresinde çok yerleşim olmadığı için sessiz. Kafa dinleyebilirsiniz. Maç gününe denk gelirseniz bilemem :)
Türkiyedeki kahvaltılar gibi olmasa da çeşitli bir açık büfesi vardı. Çay da vardı.
Restoran kısmı çok hoş ve ferah. Bu ambiyansta kahvaltı yapmak güzeldi.
Spa imkanı var.
Otel odasındaki yönlendirmeler ve bilgilendirmeler gayet yeterliydi. Fiyat tarifesi, ücretler vs.
Soğuk dönemde olmamıza rağmen odalar sıcaktı, ısıtma sistemi iyiydi.

5 yıldızlı bir otel seviyesinde değildi açıkçası bana göre. Türkiyedeki 4 yıldızlılar daha iyidir.
Otel her olanak var gibi fakat sanki olması için olmuş gibi. Bi kalite hissiyatı vermiyor.
Eski ve bakımsız duruyor. Temizlik ise çok iyi diyemem.
Tuvalette havalandırma yoktu. Taharet musluğu da yok. Olmaması normal zaten sadece bilgi amaçlı söylüyorum.
Güleryüz pek göremedim.
Restorandaki yiyeceklerin içerik bilgilendirmeleri eksik.
Domuz eti hassasiyeti olanlar zorlanabilir.
