Excelente
Pros:

Me encantó mi estadía en el hotel, estuve con una amiga para un congreso y para conocer Salamanca. La recepcionista Sara súper amable nos sugirió lugares para comer e incluso nos ayudó con un mapa de la ciudad. Además por cuestiones del congreso tuvimos que regresar un poco más tarde y nos ayudó encargando las maletas.

Pros:

O atendimento de TODA a equipe do hotel foi excelente, muito humano, cordial e prestativo. Esperava um local simples e encontrei um local antigo, porém muito bem conservado, muito limpo, organizado e que fez a gente se sentir em casa, o que foi excelente! As roupas de cama, toalhas, qualidade do banho e o café da manhã, tudo atendeu muito bem nossas expectativas e necessidades. É um excelente custo benefício. Super recomendo!!!

Sarah was the most wonderful receptionist we've ever seen. Delightful personality, she offered sound advice for our visit, and assisted us in finding parking and a good restaurant. Very nice room. Great central location.

Pros:

El trato del personal, padre e hija fueron maravillosos. Y el personal de cafetería. La ubicación está genial. A10 minutos andando del centro y además al lado de zona de bares de los autóctonos, por lo que los precios fabulosos. Zona para aparcar que no es de pago, así que aparcas y te olvidas del coche.

La habitación era amplia y estaba todo muy limpio.
Fueron muy amables en todo momento tanto el dia de llegada como de salida.
El chico que nos hizo el Checkin nos informó sobre lugares que visitar y zonas de tapeo. Fue muy amable.
También el personal de la cafeteria nos atendió muy bien.
Y Sara fue una anfitriona super buena haciendonos la estancia más agradable. 🫶😊
100% recomendable.
