Guests who would like to use the swimming pool during this period are able to use at 12A Floor, Mytt hotel, swimming pool at A-ONE Pattaya Beach, on 4th Floor, Mood B hotel instead.

Please inform the front desk in advance and kindly present your key card to the swimming pool staff when arriving.

There is absolutely nothing harmful, but it may disturb your privacy during this time.

Très déçu car j’avais choisi cet hôtel entre autre pour accéder à la piscine

La piscine n’était pas accessible durant tout mon séjour. C’est inadmissible.

The Review
Pros:

We liked the location, and a few number of Staff are friendly mainly female staff.
Room size, air-conditioning
2 Bell Boys were excellent they deserved the Tip. Especially Zeik.

Cons:

Most of the staff, lack customer service and required more training on hospitality, especially Bell boys.

The Rooms were not clean when we checked In, lost of dust on the bedhead and under the beds.

Lobby area has no air-conditioning (they say its under maintenance)

Very loud noise during the day starts from 7 am with renovation work and cleaning.

There are no signs around the hotel request guest to be quite specially early morning and late night and wishing them a pleasant stay

Some pillows are very old they must be thrown away.

Better experience could of been had only due to renovation noises

Would have been good to let customers know that they are doing renovations work …. Could not have an extra hrs sleeping due to noise….. all day

Pros:

Überaus nettes Personal, gute Lage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind gut. Ausstattung auch. Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn der Boden öfter nass gewischt werden würde.
