No nos ha gustado para nada y pagamos muchísimo pensando que era uno de esos hoteles viejos pero reciclados con calidad

La ubicación muy buena y el desayuno muy completo

Cons:

No está a nivel de un 4 estrellas. Lejisimo. Tiene un lavado de cara hecho pero de mala calidad. Habitaciones viejas, oscuras. Ni siquiera la televisión se puede ver desde la cama.

La cama era cómoda.

Cons:

La limpieza. Más bien, su ausencia. Todo lleno de polvo, y al apartar la bandeja de los cafés, aparece más mierda debajo, patatas fritas, una horquilla, el regulador del aire daba asco tocarlo. Vamos, que cambian las sábanas y poco más. No volveré.

Volveremos a alojarnos en el hotel
Pros:

Esta en el centro de la ciudad , al lado del Alcazar y cercade la plaza principal con todos los servicios alrededor, desde la habitación 519 unas vistas expectaculares a Toledo, repetiremos!

Cons:

Del hotel me gusto todo, solo que no habia una cafeteria abierta cerca para poder desayunar o tomar algo, la del hotel la encontramos cerrada o con horarios muy limitados

Qué en el lavabo del baño de la habitación se escapaba el agua por el desagüe y no vinieron a arreglarlo, la única solución que nos dieron era que pongamos unas toallas debajo, además salía un olor a tubería continuamente nauseabundo..
