Pros:

El servicio fue muy bueno, rápido y sin problemas.
El personal fue muy amable y servicial, eso es lo que me haría regresar.
La terraza está muy padre, y me encantó que hubiera bocina en el cuarto y que mi tarjeta controlará las luces.

Cons:

Quizás me decepcionó un poco que omitieron preguntar sobre restricciones alimenticias para dar doble verificación, en mi caso fue lo que paso, pero fuera de ello el lugar está espectacular para descansar y pasarla bien.

Todo esta muy bien, el desayuno es excelente y Brandon te atiende muuuy bien.
En la recepción buscan como ayudar siempre , sus camas son muy confortables y cómodas.
La ubicación es muy buena y hay restaurantes muy cerca y buenos para cenar

Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location with excellent daily service.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a premium area with easy access to the World Trade Center and plenty of great restaurants just around the corner. There’s also a pharmacy conveniently located right across the street in case you need anything. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the airport when traffic is light.

Cons:

I wish the shower had something to keep water from leaking under the door, as it tended to create a bit of a wet mess. However, the housekeeping team serviced the room daily, providing fresh towels and everything I needed.
