On the whole we all enjoyed our stay and would stay again
Pros:

The location was excellent as the room myself and my cousin were in had a superb view of the Llandudno. My Dad's room was at the back of the hotel so his was not as nice. The lounge downstairs was very comfortable. We would like to say your Night watchman was brilliant. Introduced himself and very amenable.

Cons:

Hand soap on the bathroom sink. Cheaper breakfast cost. When I booked I thought breakfast was included but it was not. Teabags etc in room to be more stocked up. There should have been some heating on when we arrived to the room as it is October and was chilly but eventually figured out how to put the heating on and it was warm but like I say should have already been on

Great location, fab view and lovely hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent! Very central, close ro the Pier but also handy for some of the lovely restaurants! And close to the Orme and tram! The breakfast was buffet style and provided everything we wanted! Really enjoyed it and you could help yourself to as much as you wanted! The room was very comfy albeit a little small either way a lovely view across the bay and promenade! Great value for money!

Cons:

The room was a little small but it was fine for our stay with a great view! The breakfastvwas delicious but my only criticism was the fried eggs that were pre-cooked sometimes bevame overcooked on the hot plate- might be better to have fewer at a time and keep refreshing them- other than that it was a perfect breakfast.

Would go to the area but not the hotel sorry !!!
Pros:

Loved the location right on the front & near to the shopping centre.

Cons:

The room could do with updating. The bathroom is tiny with a very small bath & a noisy fan sounded like a loud generator. The bed was awful looked like it was made from wooden pallets so uncomfortable. The lift was tiny too a large case & one person & it’s full. On the plus side a lot of tea coffee milk etc & breakfast was nice. We couldn’t really comment on the staff as we only saw two people. Shame as it’s in a brilliant area.

Great stay,would defiantly stay again
Pros:

We arrived to early to check in so sat in bar area with window view and ordered food. Very nice!
When we did check in was given a room which was not what I booked so spoke to them,showing what I had booked this was promptly rectified.
Our room was double,bay window, with two chairs ideal for my mum. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was very powerful.the room was clean and stocked up. (Perfect)
Breakfast was excellent! Had choice of cereal,cooked breakfast.
We did have the Sunday Carvery which was delicious.
Hats off to the chiefs!
Was lucky to get parking space over the road after 2 trips round block.which then stayed there till leaving.



The staff are lovely,friendly and very helpful! They go above and beyond to help.

Cons:

Wheelchair ramp would of been ideal,however for us personally we did manage mum was able to do few steps. I then brought chair up.

Nice little place close to local amenities
Pros:

Friendly staff, close proximity to pier, easy walking distance to main shops.

Cons:

Meal times were a bit restrictive, had to ask for a fan as I found the room too warm - but this is just a personal opinion.

A different stay
Pros:

The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was spot on

Unfortunately they had a leak in the heavy downpour and had to turn off the water which was a minor inconvenience

top stay in every way seriously well behaved staff.
Pros:

Great location. Really good value for money. Staff were friendly and reasonable. Not nosey at all which can happen in Hotels ! Had some trouble finding concierge at times bit still nothing to complain about.

Cons:

It was all good. Seriously could not complain.
