Ontbijt was heerlijk. Gastvrij personeel en veel keuze

Cons:

Kamer kon iets beter opgeruimd worden. Hadden weinig handdoeken en het beddengoed werd niet iedere dag gedaan

Ideal location , lovely breakfast and breakfast staff are superb.
Pros:

The location is ideal and the Breakfast staff are a credit to the Hotel, the breakfast is good the service from the breakfast staff is excellent.

Cons:

Attention to detail by cleaning staff could be better .
Also some important things in the room need fixing.
Our Extraction fan in room 15 didn’t work (reported first day nothing done )
Why send emails out saying if there’s anything we can do (twice)
Then do nothing not even an explanation.

Stay. You won’t regret.
Pros:

Great location. Superb Customer Service. Comfortable accommodation.

Attended for a business trip. Arrived early and allowed early check in without fuss or extra fee. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel reception, lobby and bar really comfortable and welcoming.

Staff. Couldn’t do enough, all were professional and welcoming and when we needed an emergency shirt pressing (you have no idea) they recommended a local launderette who assisted us within a couple of hours. We also needed a late night bar opening and they were more than happy to accommodate. Other staff - cleaning and restaurant were all really friendly and also welcoming.

Location. Perfect. Not in the middle of everything but it’s all within reach, without fuss.

Rooms. I had a single room. Single, but spacious, modern and comfortable and the cleanliness was superb.

Breakfast. Easy, varied and no hassle.

Would I stay again? 100% and I would as a business trip or family : couples stop over without hesitation.

Bien pour deux nuits
Pros:

L’hotel est bien situé à côté de Hyde Park et très proche de la station lancaster gate.

Cons:

La chambre était petite, nous avions demandé deux lits mais c’était sans compter l’étroitesse de la chambre. La sdb était très petite et pas d’intimité du tout
