Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Recommend !!
Pros:

Nice emplacement, near to the Lancaster gates subway station (3 min walk), excellent breakfast buffet, very lovely staff, and comfortable and cost room.

Cons:

The heaters (radiators) were not working, then the only heating source was the AC turning into hot air, but this definitely not replace the radiators and make noise.

I wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

The location - 200yds from our venue.

Cons:

The shower only trickled - worst shower I have ever experienced. Bought a drink in the bar and it was obvious that the member of staff had no idea how to prepare it. Glass was overflowing with ice but I never have ice with my single malt. I was charged top price though. Very small room.

Hotel muy agradable para pasar unos días en Londres
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra practicamente en frente de Hyde Park y de numerosas paradas de autobus y metro. El hall de entrada es muy agradable con su biblioteca y el desayuna era buenísimo (mucha elección y el personal encantador). La habitación era pequeña pero para nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien. Nos gustó mucho el hotel, repetiriamos si volvemos a Londres. El día que nos ibamos, nuestro tren se iba pronto y no teniamos tiempo de desayunar, el personal nos preparó una bolsita con el desayuno para llevar, realmente muy amables por su parte.

Cons:

La ducha podría ser más moderna y algo muy extraño es que el agua del lavabo de la habitación salía caliente por lo que no podiamos lavarnos los dientes con agua fria ni beber agua del grifo. Esto sería un punto que el hotel debería mejorar.

There was no electric socket for near the kettle so you had to put the kettle tray on the floor to plug it in.
On the kingsize bed which was fantastic there was two single duvets ? i thought that strange
There was no hot water in the morning but this could of been us not knowing how to work the shower

I was very disappointed as it was for my husband's birthday and I thought it would be better.

Cons:

The room had an interlinking door and your could hear the guests very clearly in the room next door. And the cleaners.
Whilst the room was generally clean, the wallpaper was marked and the decor generally very tired. The double bed had been moved to under the window which was drafty. There was a fitted wooden headboard but on the other wall, so my husband could not exit the bed the other side. This really should have been a single room in my opinion. Poor.
