Except than smoking everything was great
Pros:

Location close to two metro room was clean and steady

Cons:

It is very far to a smoking area, there is no smoke area under the building like the ones i have stayed before. You need to walk minimum 5-6 minutes to smoke

Pros:

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful balcony. Opening the curtains in the morning and letting the sunlight flood into the room felt amazing—it made me just want to stay in all day!

The location is great, just a short walk from the station.

The area is super convenient, with lots of restaurants and drugstores nearby.

Cons:

Overall, there was nothing particularly dissatisfying. However, on our last day before the check-out time, a staff member opened the door using a master key, which gave us quite a scare.

Perfectly satisfied and would book again if I came back.
Pros:

Proximity to local subway, convenience stores, and local food spots.

The property had everything you could want inside and I felt really good about the purchase.

Cons:

The wasn’t a shower seat in the bathroom and a small screw sized hole in the wall. I was careful not to get water in it, but usually bathrooms in Japan are entirely waterproofed.

Pros:

立地がよく部屋もきれいでテレビ以外の設備については全く不満はありませんでした。

Cons:

地上波のテレビが映らず問い合わせをしましたが電話は記載の2箇所にかけてもつながらず、問い合わせ先のLINEへも質問しましたが一度返信がありましたが追加の質問をしても既読になりませんでした。
海外の方を想定されているのかもしれませんが地上波のテレビが見れないのは不便を感じました。

テレビが見られないのは仕方ないとしても
電話の連絡先はつながらず、LINEも返信がなかったので困りましたし残念でした。

離地鐵近.環境安靜.周邊既有便利商店、超市、商店街.也有居酒屋拉麵店等小餐館可以說是相當方便
客廳空間意外的大.可以攤開兩人行李箱也沒問題

Cons:

垃圾桶略顯不足.雖然有兩大一小.但是廚餘就佔了一個.沒辦分類可燃不可燃跟資源回收導致空罐寶特瓶只能放在桌上
浴室盥洗用品不足.沒有擦澡巾、水瓢跟矮凳
想使用電視觀看youtube卻連不上
插座少.只有客廳跟床旁各一個.沒有USB插座

Pros:

De check in verliep soepel via een keybox, ruimte is erg groot voor Japan. Bed lag ook prima. Aparte wc en het leek erg schoon. Entree van hotel was ook netjes.

Cons:

De bank had meerdere vlekken waardoor we daar niet op hebben gezeten, ook zaten er vlekken in het sierdekentje van het bed. De wasmachine maakte hele erge herrie en er is geen plek om je was op te hangen. Wij moesten het verspreiden over stoelen en deuren.

Pros:

우메다와 텐마가 가까워서 관광에 좋음. 시설이 깔끔하고 이용이 편리함. 지하철에서 도보 5분 안걸림. 우메다까지 걸어서 25분 안걸림(캐리어 끌고 가도) 에어컨이 정말 잘되있고, 온수 이런것도 잘 나옴. 엘레베이터가 편리하고 좋았음.

May stay again or recommend my friend to stay
Pros:

It is easy to check-in/out. The location is convenient. There is a cozy bar right just next door, the owner is friendly, and you can order him to sing a song that he knows. The room is huge, I think it could fit at least three people comfortably, and clean.

Cons:

I carried a huge luggage and a duffle bag, and the train station felt not that close for me, but it is manageable.
