Konumu çok iyi merkez istasyona 600 m.Otel temiz ve bakımlı.Oda büyüklüğü yeterli,klostrofobik değil.Kahvaltı vs. için 2 küçük masa ve 4 sandalyesi var.Gayet kullanışlı.

Cons:

Dış sokak izolasyonu gayet iyi ama koridorlardaki ses fazlasıyla odalara giriyor.Gece gürültülü konuşanlar ve gülüşenler ciddi şekilde rahatsız etti.

Disrespectful, unworthy, the most unpleasant hotel I have been to. It is smart only in the way they cheated us

Very uncomfortable beds
Pillows look like we were sleep in a horse stable
One of cleaning guys robbed the bag of one of our colleagues. Police came and through the camera footage they managed to identify and arrest the guy.
Hotel management is not responsive (except when it was police talking).
They didn’t do anything to support in this robbery.
It doesn’t worth the money we paid for.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND SURRLY I WILL NEVER WILL GO BACK

Транспортная развязка удобная.Близко от центра и вокзала.

Cons:

За 4 дня и 4 ночи ни разу не поубирали в апартаментах. Полотенца не меняли,мусор не выносили и запасных мусорных мешков не было для замены мусора. Не особо чисто было. В коридоре воняло сигаретами.

2- Otel check-in sabah 10 da giriş 16:00 da ömrümde 6 saat giriş çıkış farkı görmedim
3- Otel terliği gibi çok basit birşey bile maalesef bulunmuyor
4- Havlular eksik bırakılmış 5 gün boyunca 2 tane havlu ile 3 kişi idare etmeye çalıştık

Unfortunately, my experience at Eco Smart Hotel Nuremberg was very disappointing. During my stay, I became unwell and, as a result, had to interrupt my stay at the hotel.

I requested a refund for the six nights that I did not use, clearly explaining the situation and the health-related reason. However, the hotel was completely inflexible, showing no willingness to find a solution, no flexibility, and no empathy. The request was simply refused.

In addition, I paid an extra €35 for access to the fitness area, which was also not refunded, even though I was unable to use the service. In other words, the hotel showed zero flexibility, refusing to refund even unused services.

I understand that hotels have internal policies, but I believe that common sense, basic empathy, and customer care should apply in exceptional situations ,unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values humane service, flexibility, and fair treatment in unforeseen circumstances.

The room layout was well designed, and the overall concept of the building was modern and clean. It was very practical, with everything needed to prepare food.

Cons:

The bed, pillows, and duvet were not comfortable. Additionally, the neighborhood felt questionable. At one point, a group of young people was throwing objects onto my balcony.
