Cockroaches in the bathroom, bedsheets never changed, dirty towels, housekeeping was very poor!

It was dirty, smelly, lots of hair everywhere, dusty, bed and pillows like a paper thing, the ceiling was low, windows are so small

Pros:

Отель находится в парке, в центре города и рядом с метро.
Приятный персонал и довольно вкусные завтраки. Уборка номеров каждый день.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький. Если бы был большой чемодан, то не понятно было бы куда его поставить, потому что кровать занимала 90% комнаты. Довольно шумные жильцы, которые орали посреди ночи. Окна в номере почти нет.

Завтраки вкусные, но мясных блюд нет(кроме ветчины и т.п.).

Enjoyed staying at Urban Park Hotels
Pros:

A five-minute walk from the Metro station makes the location of the Hotel very favourable. The location will be also very convenient for those who visit Caucasus University - direct bus leaves from that location. The rooms are clean. During my stay is was very cold outside, but the heating system worked well and gave opportunity to heat the room in just several minutes. There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, some tea and sugar and bottles of water. My stay included breakfast that was good, with variety of different food.

Beautiful park territory. But extremely noisy, lack of sound-insulation .

Cons:

My 2 personal cosmetic goods were stolen!!!! can assume that it was done by a clean lady whoever… In the morning of my last stay I have noticed that one item was missing after returning back in the evening starting packing and checking all the luggage ive noticed that another 2d item is stolen. Room 320.
