Everything was excellent except breakfast was not included in our stay

Pros:

Location was good, within walking distance to the downtown.

Cons:

The coffemaker kept leaking and they did not have a decaf option for coffee. The front desk had packages but they had to cut the filters to fit the size of the coffeemaker. I made due but just a suggestion to have decaf options.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Pros:

Oh we missed breakfast, didn’t know there’s free breakfast?
The location is great! Very close to downtown and walking distance to transit stops.

Cons:

I wasn’t able to sleep properly because the AC and the ceiling fan kept making squeaky noises

The pool & hot tub were alright, and they allowed an early check in.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was grime in the shower, and the floors were not suitable. There were stains on the furniture. The overall appearance of the outdoor parking lot and lobby was sub-par.

Very bad hotel
Pros:

Hotel charged us including breakfast we pay almost $500 without breakfast and we asked to manager he said buy breakfast from danny he is very rude. They just scammed including breakfast. sofa bed is very uncomfortable my kids was not sleep whole night and crying
Outside the room and inside the room and all the ally way very bad small. Carpet are not cleaned. We whole family was very disappointed. We not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

I liked the small fridge (and microwave, although I didn't use it THIS time) because I could bring along some fruit and decaf coffee. The hotel is centrally located , walking distance to a mall and a pleasant area for an early morning walk . The front desk staff were polite , informative and easy to understand.

Cons:

The pillows were large and very fluffy ; I like flatter pillows . Not exactly a deal breaker though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately there are several homeless people in the parking lot using drugs. Doesn't feel super safe, especially with a vehicle parked overnight.

The hotel could use some upgrades (carpet seemed dingy) but overall was okay for a night.
