Pros:

Frühstück war toll. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit Fertiggerichte unten im Hotel in einem Automat zu kaufen und in der Mikrowelle warm zu machen. Nettes Personal.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Wir haben problemlos ein Parkplatz gefunden. Haben schnell unsere Zimmer bekommen und waren sehr positiv überrascht von Ausstattung und Sauberkeit.
Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mein Sohn war begeistert von Fitnessraum direkt in Hotel.
Auch Frühstück war sehr schön und mit großem Ausfall

Sehr schlecht
Cons:

Ich bin langjähriger Nutzer und Gast im FLAG Frankfurt gewesen und habe daher für das FLAG in München mit meiner Frau entschieden. Es wurde mir mit schönen Bildern ein Comfort Doppelzimmer angeboten und ich habe es den Zimmern nach gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem großen Bett, welches nur von einer Seite (!) zugänglich war, angeboten. Man hätte also über die aussen liegende Person steigen müssen, um heraus zu kommen. Das konnte man bei der Buchung nicht erkennen und findet auch kein Foto von dem Zimmern auf der Webseite des FLAG.
Dieses Zimmer ist als Doppelzimmer nicht vermietbar!

Ich habenich darüber dann massiv beschwert und schlussendlich zwei Einzelzimmer erhalten. Das war nicht die Vorstellung unseres Kurzurlaubes als Paar!

Bei derartigen Doppelzimmern muss man den Gast im Vorfeld aufklären und die Zimmer auch in Bildern erläutern.

Schade aber eine sehr große Enttäuschung!!!!

Cons:

We were told that the parking in front of the hotel was free, so we left our car there. The next day they took our car (it was towed) which we had to pay 600€ to get it back.

You don’t tell your customers to park in front of the hotel for free if it is not true, if we knew that we would pay for the garage.

Modernes Konzept mit Miniküche zur Selbstversorgung
Pros:

Das Konzept einer integrierten Miniküche halte ich für super. Man kann sich nach einem langen Tag easy selbst versorgen.
Außerdem muss die Dusche hier positiv erwähnt werden. Hammer Teil. Super Strahl. Richtig knackig heiß. Kleines Spa am Abend.

Cons:

Gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei, was an sich kein Problem darstellt. Aber die Bäckerei betreibt nachts eine super laute Rückkühlanlage, sodass man das Fenster nicht geöffnet lassen kann.
