Izuzetan odnos cene i dobijene usluge. Zaista iskreno preporucujem. Velike sobe, odlicna hrana, odlicna lokacija i nadasve izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo osoblje. Moram da pomenem momke koji su ucinili da se osecamo fenomenalno a to su Ahmet, Yas, Mustafa i Kasim.

Spacious rooms: The rooms are incredibly spacious, feeling more like two-room apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Perfect size & atmosphere: This hotel is the perfect mid-size—not too big, not too small. It allows for a truly personal touch and food made with real soul.

Great layout: Because of the hotel's layout, you always have a choice. You can either join the evening entertainment and dine at the restaurant, or stay in the quiet part of the property where you barely hear any party noise. We stayed in the quiet section and absolutely loved it.

Clean & Green: The entire property is very clean and beautifully green.

Outstanding staff: The staff made our stay truly special. A huge thank you to the night manager, Kasim Kaya, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us with every single request.

Clean and spacious facility with great staff, always ready to make you feel welcome. Excellent food, more pools, great shows. Hotel arranged a shuttle bus from airport which was very convenient, communication was amazing, replying to all questions before the trip.

Відпочивали родиною із 2 маленькими дітьми. Цей готель майже ідеально підходить для таких категорій відпочивальників.
Фактично, готель складається з 2 частин, які розділені невеликим проїздом. Територія невелика, але зелена і дуже добре доглянута. В кожній з частин готелю є басейн та міні-басейн для малюків. В одному із басейнів є водяна гірка. До безкоштовного пляжу можна дійти за 8-10 хвилин та скористатися там ліжаками та парасолями.
Номери хоч і не дуже великі, але в них достатньо місця, для розміщення. Кожного дня змінювалися рушники. В номері були плита, посуд, чайник, фен, сейф тощо. Пральної машинки не було, але на рецепції можна замовити послугу прання. На території готелю є спа-центр та тату салон.
Окрема подяка персоналу за постійну увагу. Особливо хочу виділити команду ресторану, яка завжди намагалася догодити всім в нашій невеликій групі. Дуже дякую Yas, Kasim, Ahmet та Mustafa за вашу турботу!
Ми брали поселення із харчуванням зі сніданком та вечерею. На сніданок шведська лінія, вибір продуктів цілком пристойний. На вечерю можна було обирати із приблизно 20-25 позицій, які містилися в меню. За окрему оплату можна було замовити додаткове харчування.

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Питание вкусное ( завтрак- шведский стол, правда не хватало блинчиков, ужин- по меню, очень вкусно, порции большие). Персонал замечательный. Kasim, Ahmed, Yaz - ребята большие молодцы, внимательные, доброжелательные, делали свою работу на отлично!

Negyedik alkalom hogy Side városában töltöm a nyaralásom, de sehol máshol nem találkoztam még ennyire kedves barátságos segítőkész személyzettel mint most itt.
Emir, Yaz, Ahmet, Mustafa hozzá járultak hogy ennyire jól érezzük magunkat náluk😊
Az ételek frissek és nagyon finomak voltak, a kiszolgálás pedig szuper gyors.

Az apartmanban minden megvan amire szükség van, ár érték arányban mi maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk😊

Everything was great from the moment we arrived,at around 9:45 pm, even though dinner was from 7 -9pm we were told the kitchen was still open and they were happy to serve us. We were half board and were happy to discover that our meals were served a la carte and served fresh after selecting from the menu. Food was great.
The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered in any hotel. Mingling with guests and getting to know them. And can't do enough for you. Yaz, the supervisor along with his buddy Ahmet ran a great team. Mustafa, Emir, and valied (sorry for the spelling). Made sure you were treated as a valued guest. Two pools, one at the front most suitable for families (with a great chute) and one at the back, quiet and more suitable for adults.
Our Room a 2 bed apt, although basic, was clean spacious and comfortable with a small balcony off the two rooms at the rear and a large balcony off the lounge at the front. The bathroom was a walk in shower with plenty of hot water could be a little bit tricky getting the temperature just right though the littlest movement could mean you going from cold to very hot. But all in all a great hotel that responded quickly to any problems or queries you had and got them sorted fast.

Swimming pools, staffs, apartment, comfortable bed, and breakfast. The staffs always around and gave you the special deals, activities of the day which is nice.

Bardzo miłe i przyjazne miejsce. Świetny apartament w bardzo rozsądnej cenie, bardzo dobre jedzenie, miła i pomocna obsługa. Czystość w mieszkaniu, codziennie sprzątane, dobrze wyposażone. Baseny świetnie utrzymane i zorganizowane.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Nog nooit meegemaakt zo top.

Great value of money , great staff , all of them mention some 1 name wouldn’t do justice as all of them front and back staff are doing great job to keep guest happy .. big smiles ,

Our stay at the Melissa Garden Apartments was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmet and Yas! They were so kind and attentive to our needs.

The rooms were clean. Cleaning was done every day. We had dinner included, the dishes were delicious, filling, a huge selection, and the service was excellent. One more big thanks to Ahmet!

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa Garden Hotel in Side and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

What made our stay truly special was the exceptional friendliness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you goes to Yas, Kasim, Ahmet, and Emirhan. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. No matter the time of day, they greeted guests with a smile and went out of their way to make sure everyone felt comfortable and well looked after.

Their positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help with any request created a warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first day. It is employees like them who turn a good holiday into a memorable one.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Combined with the outstanding service from the team, it was an experience we will remember fondly.

For a first holiday it was good start. We had swimming pool outside our hotel, it was quiet and nice to swim in, Breakfast buffet was OK, not much of a choice, but we had cooked eggs on a side, so good start to a day. Dinner was nice too, although the menu was small.
