Hotel propre pres des commodité et belle piscine et installations

Cons:

Jai ete facturer pour deux chambre et malgré mes appels au concorde pour des remboursement on me transfert mes ses toujours pas régler et meme avec booking des frais mon ete charger de 216 mais jai pas annuler jattend toujours des nouvelles pour remboursement

Not great, unclean and would not stay here again.
Pros:

fast check in and check out process. pick up location right outside the main door for easy unloading of baggage. nice location.

Cons:

giant streaks of some sort of liquid running down the walls of the room. wallpaper peeling and a massive gross stain on the bed. no parking availability on site as it was “full”. rudeness from staff in the valet parking. partner had to park a 20 minute walk away during bad weather. window was caulked shut (poorly) and a loud whistling sound filled the room with each gust of air. generally felt grossed out during the stay due to the walls being disgusting.. did not feel comfortable even setting my bags down inside.

Nous aimons séjourner au Concorde et nous avons encore apprécié.
Pros:

Les lieux sont parfaitement propres. Nous savons que le personnel est là pour nous en cas de besoin. L'accès à deux restaurants intérieurs est un plus surtout lorsque les températures sont mauvaises. L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé. Il y a un stationnement intérieur. Et une piscine. Les lits sont exceptionnellement confortables.

Cons:

La chambre était surchauffée à notre arrivée mais nous avons fini par trouver la bonne façon de l'ajuster. Le prix du stationnement est élevé.
