Bon sur le papier mais pas à la hauteur du prix.
Pros:

Bon emplacement, accès aux métros et whole food proche.
Agencement et entrée de lumière.

Cons:

Le chauffage, bruyant et difficile.

L’aération est trop présente ce qui rend l’utilisation du chauffage inefficace. Du givre s’est installé à l’intérieur de la fenêtre !

Pas de ventilation pour la cuisine, difficile de faire cuire des aliments sans que l’alarme incendie ne se déclenche.

La literie n’est pas hyper confortable et le linge de lit donne l’impression d’être à l’hôpital et est trop léger.

Pas de chaînes à la télé. Donc une télé avec un boîtier dont on ne peut rien en faire.

Ubytování v centru města v blízkosti metra. Zajímavostí města v dosahu 30min. Vstřícný personál. Fotografie a popis pokoje odpovídají se skutečností. Pokoj je menší, ale na několik nocí dostačující. Pokoj disponuje vybavením pro menší vaření. V blízkosti je mnoho restaurací, barů, obchodů a kaváren.

Cons:

Vše v pořádku, možná by bylo dobré více místa na stolování.

The property is in a great location and very convenient to NYU. We chose it because we were in town for my daughter’s surgery and recovery, so being nearby was especially important for us.

Cons:

We chose this property specifically because breakfast was advertised and included. We were given breakfast coupons, which we appreciated because it would have been convenient each morning while my daughter was recovering from surgery and we were trying to stay close to the hotel.

However, every morning when we went down, there were no pastries, yogurt, or fruit available — the very items that were supposed to be included. In addition, the café had a posted health rating of “C,” which made us uncomfortable about getting food there at all.

We stayed seven nights with four guests, and we did not receive the value of the advertised breakfast benefit. If the listed breakfast items are not consistently available, the amenity should not be advertised or included in the rate.

Really well kept and spacious apartment in a great location. The room was exactly as advertised and the staff were really helpful in getting extra bedding and keeping bags on the day of checkout.
