Pros:

Excellant Location just round the corner from Bruges main square. Our room was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was good something for everyone.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful in a fantastic location. It was quiet but only around the corner from all sights.
Reception was a lovely area too.
Our room was gorgeous. Absolutely stunning, with a small balcony too. We were even gifted two glasses of bubbly for my birthday.
The room was kept very clean and beds made up daily.
I'd highly recommend this hotel with the wonderful staff.

We didn't have breakfast, which was an extra €22 per person, but it looked nice

Cons:

The toilet area was a tiny cubicle attached to the bedroom, but this wasn't a deal breaker. It meant we had to go through the bedroom to access handwashing.

2nd visit to the hotel. I would recommend paying for s superioir room it is well worth it

A sense of arrival, down to the wonderful smell in the lobby Our room was spacious and the location was excellent

Cons:

The ONLY thing was that the loo was separate from the bathroom which was tucked behind the dressing room area so you had to trek to wash your hands

Agréable séjour, hôtel calme et très bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel calme très proche du centre ville et des rues commerçantes à 2 mn à pieds, propreté de l'hôtel et des chambres, grands lits confortables, belle et grande SDB, taille et déco de la chambre, parking sur place appréciable.

Cons:

Problèmes pour accéder à l'hôtel en voiture en raison des travaux et rues fermées, le GPS étant alors inefficace et pas de wifi prévoir un plan papier, pas d'infos préalables de l'hôtel sur la fermeture de certaines rues.
Pas de chaussons ni de peignoirs, belle douche à l'italienne mais l'eau se répand au sol.
Les portes vitrées de séparation entre les 2 chambres ne fermaient pas bien et un rideau aurait permis plus d'intimité...
