Tout le confort en plein centre de Kyoto, idéal pour une famille de 4
Pros:

Belle localisation pour cet établissement proposant tout le confort et prestations nécessaires à une famille de 4 pour passer une belle semaine à Kyoto. La machine à laver dans la chambre, hyper pratique, les lits super confortables, le personnel à la réception toujours dispo pour nous faciliter la vie. Et petit plus non négligeable, l’apéro du soir (bières artisanales, saké) à disposition quand on rentre d’une bonne journée de visite, tellement génial !

Spacious apartment well equipped for family holiday
Pros:

It was a spacious suite with great facilities so we had the choice of eating in, doing washing and having separate rooms for the family. The staff were very helpful and there were additional specials like happy hour and use of yoga mats.

Cons:

Nothing it was all good.

Great location & space for families!
Pros:

Great location - close to train station, a ton of convenience stores, and just a few blocks from downtown and nishiki market. There's also a really great bakery right around the corner. The rooms and space was large and as described which was nice to have for our family. Also loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and a fridge! Staff was friendly and loved the happy hour lobby drinks!

在京都一直以來都是住京都車站旁的MIMARU...這一趟改住四條這邊的MIMARU...喜歡這個集團的小廚房小餐廳小客廳走了一天的行程，回到飯店，4款清酒4款啤酒的Happy hour 最開心了...

Highly recommend Mimaru hotels and specifically this Kyoto location.
Pros:

Nicely located near but not on the main road.
Wonderfully helpful front desk staff.
Lobby happy hour with a variety of beer and sake included, as well as water/ice and hot chocolate.
Spacious rooms with comfortable amenities.
Helpful instructions for using the washer/dryer and AC remotes.

Cons:

Neither of our bedrooms has bedrooms which isn’t a huge problem, just surprising.

Convenient location and good option for larger groups with kids, but not a first choice hotel
Pros:

The location was great. Very central and walkable. The staff was extremely helpful.

Cons:

The room was a lot smaller than what was portrayed in the listing and the washer/dryer took way longer than it should’ve (almost 4 hours for one cycle). When we first entered the room, there was a damp smell that went away by our second night. Also, we needed an iron and had to ask 4 times (over the course of 3 days) before getting one.
