Fantastic stay and would be happy to come again
Pros:

Fantastic views from our room! In the Junior Suite, we had a more spacious room and terrace. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and hitting all the spots, from protein to sweets.

Cons:

I didn't like the ceiling shower heads, too high up. The handshower didn't have an adjustable wall mount so water sprayed a lot.

Fantastic views of Mt Etna from all rooms in this beautiful, comfortable hotel very high on hillside
Pros:

The view of Mt Etna, the sea, and across the region was beautiful! We ate most of our meals on site and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff were friendly and knowledgable. The furniture in the room and the bed were exceptionally comfortable. We'd absolutely return!

Nothing - everything about the hotel was wonderful

Fab hotel with great staff, views and facilities.
Pros:

Excellent views, although out of the centre (a plus for us) had regular hotel shuttle bus. Rooms and balcony were fantastic, as were all of the staff. High quality but unpretentious boutique-like hotel, with some clever well-staged nods to its owner and history. Great facilities including restaurant, bar and pool (although of course chilly at first in early April). Can’t recommend it highly enough. Fab and made our anniversary trip!

Beautiful Taormina
Pros:

Everything! Fabulous views, delicious breakfast 😋. Staff very professional and helpful. Room lovely, comfortable!

Cons:

Needed to use shuttle to get to the town, but it was worth staying for the view!

It was great! The view of the Mountain Etna, was just speechless !
Pros:

It had an incredible view , just magnificent ! I was very lucky to such sunny days to be there seeing amazing view of the Etna mountains!

Bellissimo soggiorno!
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Stanza pulitissima, materasso comodo, staff cordiale. Un grazie particolare ad Antonello per i suoi cocktail e a Gian Paolo per i consigli sul posto: seguiteli e non sbaglierete. La vista è stupenda e la colazione è da hotel di lusso, fresca, gustosa e con prodotti locali. Il servizio navetta per il centro è comodo e funzionale. Senza dubbio lo consiglio a tutti.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che mi è mancata è stato un migliore oscuramento delle finestre, perché la tenda non si chiude bene.

Amazing View & Property.
Pros:

A Lovely boutique hotel 5 minute curvy drive above Taomina. Fabulous views of Mt. Etna!!!

2 pools (one inside and one outside) are onsite. Rooms have massive patios with tables, chairs & loungers.

Rooms are decorated with white-washed furniture and bedding. It feels a bit cold but the views and patios make up for any blandness. Rooms are clean and not over-crowded with furniture. Nice to have a chest that holds 2 full size luggage’s. Lots of power cord plugs and a small mini fridge is provided (you must empty to put in your own stuff).

The large bathroom have a massive shower (other rooms have a massive bathtub). You must run the water quite a while to get hot water. Be patient. Nice products provided.

Breakfast unfortunately doesn’t start until 7:45 so you have to run for tours. Breakfast offerings are average - and eggs full of sugar.

A kettle with 2 instant coffees & teas are provided but no drinking water (except a small mini bar €2 one). Free Water should ‘always’ be provided.

A scheduled shuttle is provided. Only holds 7 persons so ensure you book in advance. The afternoon/night shuttle driver is a bit of a maniac driver and the young driver can’t change gears. Both have blaring music playing but walking is not an option.

Parking is provided but a maze of movements. You must leave your key at the front as your car will be moved to accommodate other cars to squeeze in

Cons:

- Beware DIABETICS, the eggs (both scrambled and omelettes) have lots of sugar in them. Never had that happen - everyone leaving them uneaten.
- No provided drinking water in room
- Sound carries as walls are thin
- The poor reception persons have to deal with the shuttle requests all day long both by phone and WhatsApp. Only one receptionist dealing with customers and the shuttle at the same time is craziness. Either an online reservation system of 2 people needed to deal with shuttle scheduling.
- The shuttle should run without reservation ongoing. Having to plan your day around pick up times is brutal.
- Wine for once is a decent piece. Cocktails expensive.
