Pros:

Obsługa była przesympatyczna i bardzo pomocna. Najlepsze hotelowe śniadania jak dotychczas, przewyższyły nasze oczekiwania. Ciasto pomarańczowe i jajecznica - doskonałe. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja wypadowa do zwiedzania Porto, kilka kroków spacerem m.in. do rzeki czy do przystanku zabytkowego tramwaju. Dodatkowym plusem były parasole dla gości, które można było pożyczyć, kiedy akurat padało.

המלון נמצא במיקום מצויין ליד נהר הדורו בתוך העיר העתיקה של פורטו. הצוות היה נהדר, פקיד הקבלה ליווה אותנו לחדר, הוא בא פעם נוספת להסביר כיצד להפעיל ולהוריד את החימום. מקבלים בקבוק יין במתנה בחדר ועוד כוס יין פורט לאדם בלובי של המלון. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד טובה עם הרבה אפשרויות. צריך לבקש קפוצ'ינו ואומלט אבל הצוות הכין לנו את זה בשמחה.

Cons:

1. צריך לעלות במדרגות לחדר השירותים- אבל ככה המלון בנוי כנראה ואין הרבה מה לעשות. אני כותב את זה למרות שלנו זה לא הפריע אבל לאנשים מבוגרים יותר או עם בעיות מוגבלות זאת יכולה להיות בעייה רצינית.
2. היה חסר לי שלא הייתה צלחת קטנה לאכילת ממתקים או מאפים בחדר. אני מבין שבחדר מלון בגודל כזה לא רוצים שאורחים יאכלו ארוחות מלאות בחדר, אבל יש ערכת תה וקפה נחמדה בחדר ושקנינו מאפה ורצינו לאכול אותו בחדר לא הייתה צלחת אז לכלנו את השולחן ונאלצנו לנקות אותו.
3. החימום היה מכוון מאוד חזק ובלילה הראשון לא מצאנו כיצד לתפעל אותו- הוא היה מוסתר על ידי וילון. סבלנו מהחום בלילה הזה. שביקשנו מפקיד הקבלה למחרת דרך להוריד את החימום הוא היה נחמד ועלה להסביר לנו ובלילה השני הכל היה בסדר- אך כנראה חשוב היה להדגיש את זה בהתחלה כי החימום הופעל כברירת מחדל בעוצמה מאוד חזקה.
4. הייתי שמח לראות מבחר גדול יותר של ירקות כמו הפירות שהיו בארוחת הבוקר. היו רק עגבניות שרי. אפילו מלפפונים ופלפלים בנוסף בלבד היו מאוד מספקים אותי.

למרות ההערות המלון היה מצויין. נקי מאוד, השירות היה מצויין. פקיד הקבלה שלמרבה צערי אני לא זוכר את שמו ובא מספר פעמים לחדר לעזור לנו היה מאוד אדיב וארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וטובה. אני בהחלט אמליץ על המלון לחברים ויתכן שבעתיד אחזור בעצמי.

Amazing hotel, but precarious stairs in room.
Pros:

Excellent staff, great location and amazing breakfast! Large, beautiful twin room, minimalist decor. Great closets and lots of hangers.

Cons:

Bathroom is located 6 steps above the room with no guard rail or railing when going down. Marble floor gets slick when wet. Large shower doesn’t drain properly, so shower floor is slippery. Not enough hooks in bathroom, no handrails. This is not a room for children or anyone with mobility concerns. We were fit older people and worried constantly about safety.
