Our Off The Bone Gastro Pub is open daily from 12pm to 9.30pm. Lunch from 12-3pm, A La Carte menu from 3pm to 9.30pm.

The Curry House is open daily from 3pm-9pm.

Room service is available from 3pm to 9pm daily, tray charge will apply.

A pre-authorization of your credit card for the full amount of your stay will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. For debit cards, the card will be charged the full amount of your stay after 14:00 on day of arrival. If a card declines the hotel will contact the guest to ensure they are arriving and get alternative card details.

Pros:

This is my 3rd stay here in a short space of time. The standard is consistently excellent.

Cons:

Nothing, everything about this place is geared towards guest experience. From Thomas on reception right through to all the wait staff and housekeeping.

No Child Protection
Pros:

There were numerous unattended children, aged about 10 years old, running amok, kicking doors, and fighting each other throughout the day and late evening on different occasions. Hotel staff did nothing. These children were on a trip, and their supervisors were nowhere to be seen. The Hotel staff did not respond to complaints. Child protection was not a concern for the children's supervisors or the Hotel. Offered another room away from the children running amok unsupervised. Had a predator been staying in the Hotel the outcome could have been serious.

Pros:

I found the staff very helpful and nothing was too much to ask for. Lovely hotel overall.

Cons:

There wasn't enough plug outlets r plugs that you can charge your phones etc. it is a small thing but needed these times. Plus we had a family room and there was only 2 mugs and no little biscuit or water bottles people look for these little touches after travelling long journeys.

Cons:

Plumbing, shower head shooting out water different angles..very poor power..had to chase the water
The first standard room we went in had very dated furniture which was chipped scratched
Our lifestyle suite was more modern and in better condition.

Netflix would be good x😉

Lovely relaxing Valentine's break
Pros:

We had a lovely last minute deal, gorgeous large room which was nicely decorated for valentine's. We had a lovely dinner in Off the Bone Gastropub, we were served by Catherine was was just excellent. The band finished at 9pm which was a little disappointing for a Saturday night. Checkout was very rushed as Receptionists were dealing with an incident. Just took our keycard and no thanks you or how was everything.

Pros:

Assigned suite, heating not working, phone not working.
1st breakfast, no toat / bread. Took 20 minutes to arrive.
2nd breakfast: card was not ollected. Breakfast arrived, after complaining, without cutlery
Refused booking in curryhouse but several tables were ampty when we passed twice.

We really enjoyed our stay,
Pros:

I liked that we were allowed to check-in before 15:00 and the personnel were super friendly and welcoming to us.
