buana pero incompleta
Pros:

La ubicación, perfecta, muy céntrico y con acceso inmediato a medios de transporte. cama muy cómoda, televisión, espectacular, muy limpio, buena calefacción y detalles como cafetera o termo para calentar agua.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó es no tener personal con el que comunicarte, solo mensajes con una IA , y me decepcionó el desayuno (culpa mia por no haber visto los comentarios en booking), una caja muy escasa, y desayuno de mediana calidad y muy escueto. También me decepcionó, que estando 4 días y con el dinero que pagamos, que no hicieran la habitación ninguno de ellos, o por lo menos que no hubieran recogido la basura con los restos del desayuno, o cambiar las sabanas o toallas.

Cons:

Service, Erreichbarkeit, deutsche Sprache,Reinigungskraft war im Zimmer und hat es sich auf dem Sessel bequem gemacht, Frühstück ohne Kommentar ( das Schlecheste was ich je hatte)….

Pros:

Das Zimmer war super, Bett und Sessel äußerst gemütlich. Kaffe- und Tee-Service sehr gut durch Ersatz in Küche. Regentusche war ebenfalls super, nur das Shampoo musste ich aufdrehen weil die Pumpe kaputt war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu warm temperiert und das Fenster nur leicht aufklappbar. dadurch wurde es ab dem zweiten tag sehr warm, Heizung habe ich ausgestellt. aber ich habe die warme Luft nicht ausgelüftet bekommen

Gut, aber mit vermeidbaren Schwächen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat bei mir vor allem mit den schönen, großen Zimmern gepunktet. Alles wirkte modern, sauber und insgesamt sehr bequem, gerade nach einem langen Tag. Der kontaktlose Ablauf ist praktisch: Ankommen, reingehen, fertig – ohne Stress und ohne lange Wartezeiten. Auch beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann man erstmal nicht meckern, dafür bekommt man ordentlich Platz und eine angenehme Basis.

Cons:

Leider gab es aber auch klare Dämpfer: In meinem Zimmer war die Heizung kaputt und durch ein nicht ganz dichtes Fenster zog es spürbar, was den Komfort deutlich runterzieht. Das Frühstück war zudem extrem einfach gehalten (Brot, Croissant, Apfel, O-Saft). Unterm Strich gut, aber mit vermeidbaren Schwächen.

Ich habe den nächsten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit außergewöhnlicher Ausstattung und Größe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu noch ein beeindruckender Ausblick.

Pros:

Zimmer ist groß, angenehm und sehr sauber. Top Lage, leise, gut ausgestattet. Genügend Tee und Kaffee. Einfacher Check-in.
