Pros:

The staff was good and supportive

Cons:

The cleanness was not good and the pillows were having bad smell as well the room. I went to bring my personal pillow from my car.
The toilet was not comfortable, not well organized.

Pros:

The staff are super nice and helpful (reception, housekeeping, pool staff etc.), the room was spacious and comfortable, the location is good and the breakfast was great :)
The 24/7 minimarket (bluemart) in the hotel is very convenient

Cons:

The internet connection is not the best, it's limited to only a few mbps.
I wish there were some beach umbrellas next to the beds around the pool, there are a few hours a day where there is no shade at all and in the summer it's unbearable. You can't even step on the floor without shoes as it's burning
