Pros:

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal supermercato, dal mare e dal centro.
Molto comodo il parcheggio privato.
Belle le piscine sul tetto.

Cons:

Forse troppo sensibili i rilevatori di fumo del sistema antincendio, che hanno attivato l’allarme più volte durante il soggiorno.
Poco comodi i letti, i due materassi singoli nel letto matrimoniale si separavano di continuo.

Buon residence con qualche possibilità di miglioramento.
Pros:

Appartamento confortevole con una bella terrazza che può essere considerata una stanza in più. Piscina bellissima sul tetto, pulita e corredata da gazebo e lettini. Parcheggio interno. Staff gentile ed attento alle esigenze della clientela. Omaggio 0.5 l. di olio d'oliva az. Biserno ottimo.

Cons:

Semplici suggerimenti per migliorie: inserire nelle dotazioni di cucina un coltello a seghetto, un tagliere che non sia di sughero; tenere una scorta (a pagamento) di cialde per il caffè e carta igienica; dotare le terrazze di zampironi o altro per tenere lontane le zanzare.

Ottima sistemazione
Pros:

Appartamento pulito e spazioso, stanze molto ampie. Personale gentile e disponibile. Molto vicino ad un supermercato. Non lontano dal centro città. Piscina sul tetto della struttura.

Cons:

Premesso che si tratta di qualche miglioria in un ottimo contesto, l’appartamento necessiterebbe di un mobile in bagno su cui appoggiare le cose, di una lampadina vicino allo specchio ed in generale di lampadine più potenti, soprattutto avendo alloggiato in un appartamento al piano terra.

Pros:

Personale cortese e sempre disponibile, la struttura è ben tenuta e accogliente, siamo stati accolti con un cadoux natalizio data la stagione. Benché fosse inverno l'appartamento era caldo e hanno fatto in modo che il riscaldamento funzionasse (riscaldato con gli split) anche in nostra assenza e questo non è sempre scontato (lo dico per esperienza presso altre strutture). Ci hanno messo a disposizione il parcheggio coperto compreso nel prezzo, credo perché in bassa stagione ma comunque apprezzato da parte mia. Struttura vicinissima ad un centro commerciale, si va a piedi, con annesso bar per colazioni gustose. Gradito il check out posticipato dato che era il primo giorno dell'anno e ci ha permesso di riposare un po' di più.

Cons:

Il nostro appartamento dava sul cortile di ingresso quindi non il massimo per la privacy. La doccia ha qualche problema di contenimento dell'acqua.

Дуже гарне помешкання. Ввічливий персонал. Кімнати великі і теплі. ( ми були в грудні місяці). Кухня обладнана всім необхідним. Велика парковка. Біля отелю великий супермаркет. До моря 10 хвилин пішки.

Pros:

Останавливались в конце сентября, людей в отеле практически не было, и мы наслаждались тишиной и уединением. Отличное расположение - чуть дальше от центра, но легко дойти пешком, рядом большой супермаркет. Симпатичный отель, хорошо оборудованный номер. Понравился большой балкон, где было приятно завтракать и ужинать. Единственная рекомендация - возьмите с собой средство от комаров.
