The Bathroom, theres something leaking. there are also calcification in the bathroom area. hopefully they improve it soon. thanks.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent check-in experience at Masson Hotel on 25 March 2026.
Upon arrival, I checked into the room at approximately 23:15 Within 15 minutes, there was a complete power failure in the room, leaving me without electricity, light, or basic facilities. I found this situation unacceptable, especially as it occurred immediately after check-in.
Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund for this stay is justified, as I was unable to enjoy the service or stay comfortably.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter with the property and securing a refund.
