Cons:

主要是噪声。入住的时候工作人员给我们安排了不是靠街的房间，安静一些但是没窗子，我们不太接受换了个靠街有窗子的。好家伙结果也不知是节日偶尔的，还是周末缘故，七点多就开始跳广场舞，遭不住。

The room facilities and location are good, but improvements are needed in response time and soundproofing.
Pros:

The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Slippers were provided, and the smart TV was a nice touch. The location is very good and convenient, although parking sometimes requires a bit of luck.

Cons:

I found an insect in the bathroom (not sure if it was a cockroach). I contacted the staff and asked them to come up to check and handle it, but unfortunately no one came even after waiting for about 20 minutes.
The soundproofing was also quite poor. I stayed in a connecting room, and I could clearly hear the TV sounds and even the alarm from the next room, which rang repeatedly from 6:00am to 6:15am. This affected the quality of my rest.

Pros:

The hotel is just across the Sunway Carnival Mall, which is very convenient. I booked this hotel because it was just within walking distance from Sunway Hospital in Penang, and the price is quite friendly.

Cons:

They don't provide any extra bed and the refrigerator is not available in every rooms, only the bigger rooms. The elevator is quite slow.
