Large room for family of four, great location!
Pros:

We were a family of four adults, and stayed in a Family Room. It was spacious enough , and the room was great. the room was super clean, and serviced daily - typical Japanese hospitality with everything you need in the bathroom from hair ties and headbands to razors and tooth brush kits.

The location was awesome with a short walk to the subway, connecting us easily to all the Tokyo hotspots. Lots of food options close by with restaurants next door (can recommend the rib and pizza places) and a Starbucks and great 7-11, as well as all your ramen fare up on the main road.

We had an excellent stay for our 5-days in Tokyo!

Pros:

Habitaciones amplias para ser Japón y excelente personal y servicios que ofrecen. Añadir que su servicio de guardamaletas nos ha salvado ya que teníamos que hacer unas compras en último momento y nos la guardaron sin ningún cargo

Everything is good and love the new year special performance
Pros:

Room is huge for a family of four, love the bathtub with massage function, love the free kose sample pack at the checkin counter. Family mart is just right across the street and train station is about 5min walk

Convenient but overpriced
Pros:

The property was in a convenient location. It was near multiple stations and from these stations you could travel to most areas of Tokyo quickly. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The bakery is amazing and has the sweetest staff too!

Cons:

The property is pretty expensive for what you get. The rooms and bathroom are on the smaller side. We also had issues with cleanliness multiple days. The first day we arrived there was hair in the bed and even on other nights, when we put up the room cleaning sign, some area and trash were missed.

Also, for better or worse it’s popular with tourists. Many of the guests were loud or rude. One room had shoes in the hallway! There also are limited washers and we ran into issues with that during our stay.

We were also overcharged at the buffet (along with other foreigners in front of us). The woman at the register was really rude and even when we showed our room key for the listed discount, she ignored us.
