Pros:

Struttura centralissima con tutte le principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi.
Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Il bagno ha il bidet e il cambio asciugamani quotidiani. Pulizia ottima. Bella vista in una delle piazze centrali.Buona colazione. Staff molto disponibile.

Cons:

La nostra stanza era molto buia e la moquette avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber und gepflegt, extrem freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, es war fast alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unmittelbar daneben ist auch eine U Bahn Station.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig.
Das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben auch einmal im Hotel Restaurant gegessen, was ich auch gerne weiterempfehlen möchte.

We really enjoy the design a concept of the hotel, together with generous room. View and great personal😉👍🌸

Cons:

The only thing which was unfortune was during breakfast the logistic of food for the buffet was a little bit stucked. So a lot of customers, who arrived had no plates and if you were not looking for sweet pastry- you had to wait for another 20-30min.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Le spa est mis en avant sur les photos et le descriptif, sauf que pour y aller il faut prendre rendez vous (oui même si c'est juste pour faire le hammam ou se poser) ma vie professionnelle est rythmée par les rendez-vous et en weekend j'ai juste envie d'aller avec le flow. Et donc apres une journée à me ballader dans Lisbonne je me suis dit que j'allais me faire un petit hammam. Et hien impossible car je n'avais pas rendez vous.

Le lendemain j'avais pris rdv (et heureusement j'avais pris option hammam(car oui entrer dans le hamman est payant!) Et j'ai du en ressortir pour demander des huiles essentielles car il sentait le moisi. (Un comble quand on le paye si cher!)

Wn plus de cela l'hotel est vieillot, il y avait des taches sur la moqiette de la chambre.

Donc grisse deception surtout que j'etais là plur mon anniversaire

Kein Frühstück, wenn man früher weg muss. Dann bestellt man für 2 Personen, bekommt eines. Auf die Wünsche des Kunden wird nicht eingegangen. Schade! ☹️

A great little boutique hotel/restaurant with great staff in a perfect location.

This was a great location and wonderful staff!
The communication was outstanding - every question I sent was answered quickly and thoroughly.
I wasn’t sure about the Fig on the wall, but it was actually really cute-unique and it worked.
A really good bar/restaurant in the lobby with tables and chairs outside. Very easy access to anything you’d like to see in Lisbon and quite close to restaurant area. Bed and pillows were quite comfy and the curtains were blackouts-great for sleeping in. There is also an elevator which requires a code which made it feel safe as a solo female traveler. I didn’t visit the spa-they were booked which was likely a good sign! Definitely a fun little boutique hotel.

Cons:

One of my two windows in my room wasn’t hinged properly meaning I could only open one window- which wasn’t a big deal as I was on the 4th floor. Carpet could be updated but isn’t shabby.
