Overall, the accommodation was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always smiling, making tourists feel welcome. The management was well organized, and there were complimentary drinks and ramen provided for guests, which I found very impressive. The location was also very convenient, as it is close to a subway exit and a 24-hour supermarket, making it easy to shop anytime

This was a very nice experience. I stayed with my whole family and it was amazing . In the lobby we had ice cream and soft drinks available and the most part of the day as a courtesy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They also have some activities in the lobby for the kids.

飲み放題や夜鳴きそば、温泉等すごくお得と思いましたあ。温泉も常に清掃の方がいて清潔感と安心感が感じられました。
外国の方がとにかく騒がしく、圧倒されました。落ち着いて飲食はできませんでしたが仕方ないですね。

Localização excelente, com fácil acesso ao metrô, muitíssimo próxima (walking distance) da rua comercial turística e da torre de TV. Onsen não é no mesmo prédio dos quartos, mas é muito confortável e com horários bem amplos. Tem happy hour com bebidas e sorvetes e, a partir das 21h, uma sopa grátis (ramen). Café da manhã completo com boa variedade de carnes e sushi, bem como frutas, pães e geleias.
Tamanho do quarto e opções de reserva na booking que não correspondem ao necessário para acomodar confortavelmente. Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças, preenchemos corretamente o número de hóspedes e foi oferecido no Booking apenas 1 quarto, como se coubéssemos, mas não coubemos. O quarto era bem pequeno (compatível com o padrão japonês para hotéis similares) com espaço apenas para passar uma pessoa entre a cama e a parede e, o que nos desagradou, só havia 2 camas de solteiro. Juntamos as camas, mas ainda assim dormimos os 4 bem apertados. Recomendo que revisem com bastante atenção as opções de camas nos quartos ao reservar, pois não cabem camas extras.
Great spot!
We loved our time at the hotel. Great location, yummy ramen each evening, daily activities and free drinks each night. We traveled as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. We used the onsen daily when is in the building next door. Staff are so helpful and patient. We highly recommend the hotel.
The first room we were given had a strange smell but we were able to change rooms once we let reception know.
